Jika dirupakan menjadi aneka kudapan, dua rasa yang sama-sama kuat ini tetap dominan. Justru dua dominasi itu membuat kudapan tape menjadi sajian yang khas dan disukai.<\/p>\n<p>Tape goreng, misalnya. Meskipun sudah diubah menjadi gorengan, tape singkong Yang gurih tetap memiliki cita rasa asam dan manis. Kalau ingin rasa manisnya lebih kuat, Bunda tinggal menambahkan gula pasir. (opi)<\/p>\n<p>CARA MEMBUAT TAPE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tape kukus ditaburi ragi makanan dan gula pasir secukupnya hingga rata.<\/li>\n<li>Bungkus tape dengan daun singkong hingga seluruh bagian tertutup.<\/li>\n<li>Letakkan bungkusan singkong ketan tersebut pada tempat yang hangat.<\/li>\n<li>Tunggu dan diamkan selama 3 hari agar proses fermentasi dapat berjalan dengan sempurna. (net)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tape Bakar<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr tape, haluskan<\/li>\n<li>3 sdm maizena<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm mentega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TOPING<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meses secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Susu kental manis secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Keju secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Campur tape, maizena, mentega hingga tercampur rata. Lalu bentuk sesuai dengan selera<\/li>\n<li>Siapkan wajan teflon. Olesi mentega. Panggang tape diatasnya dengan dibolak balik supaya tidak digosong.<\/li>\n<li>Setelah matang atau berwarna kecokelatan, angkat.<\/li>\n<li>Letakkan tape di piring saji. Taburi mese seres, keju dan tambahkan susu manis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 5 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 20 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prol Tape<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr tape singkong haluskan<\/li>\n<li>100 gr tepung sirigu<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt baking powder<\/li>\n<li>3 sdm mentega cair<\/li>\n<li>3 butir telur ayam<\/li>\n<li>150 gr gula pasir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kocok telur hingga mengembang. Masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder k dalam adonan sambil diaduk. Masukkan tape. Aduk sampai rata, terakhir mentega cair.<\/li>\n<li>Tulang adonan dalam loyang ukuran 20 cm, lalu kukus selama 45 menit. Angkat potong-potong, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 5 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 90 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 20 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cake Tape<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9 kuning<\/li>\n<li>5 putih telur<\/li>\n<li>225 gr gula pasir<\/li>\n<li>250 gr tepung terigu protein sedang<\/li>\n<li>150 gr tape singkong, lembutkan<\/li>\n<li>100 ml santan dari \u00bc butir kelapa<\/li>\n<li>3 sdm margarin lelehkan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>30 gr kismis, potong dua bagian<\/li>\n<li>30 gr kenari, iris panjang unntuk taburan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Masukkan santan ke dalam tape. Tambahka margarin lelh dan garam. Aduk rata, sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga mengembang. Tambahkan tepung terigu sambli diayak dan diaduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan sedikit-sedikit campur tape singkong sambil diaduk perlahan. Tambahkan kismis. Aduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Tuang ke dalam loyang bulat diameter 20 cm tinggi 7 cm yang dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti<\/li>\n<li>Oven 40 menit dengan api di bawah suhu 180 derajat Celcius sampai matang. Angkat, potong-potong, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 5 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 20 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr tepung terigu protein sedang<\/li>\n<li>200 gr tape singkong, haluskan<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm gula pasir<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 butir telur<\/li>\n<li>200 ml air<\/li>\n<li>20 gr margarin<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>50 gr keju cheddar<\/li>\n<li>Minyak goreng secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Campur tepung terigu, tape singkong, gula pasir, dan baking powder. Aduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan telur dan air sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni dengan mikser spiral sampai kalis. Masukkan margarin dan garam. Uleni sampai licin.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan keju. Aduk sampai tersebar.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil sedikit adonan. Bentuk bola dengan sendok.<\/li>\n<li>Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan di atas api sedang sampai matang.
