Kacang yang berjamur akan dapat menularkannya ke kacang yang lain. Selain itu, kacang yang rusak mungkin mengandung aflatoxin yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit. Namun, dalam perkembangannya, bahan yang dibuat sajian dari Asia Selatan ini semakin bervariasi. Jamur, sayur, hingga aneka buah menjadi olahan khas panggang ini. Tak sulit untuk membuatnya. (opi)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kebab Daging<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BAHAN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 gr daging sapi<\/li>\n<li>3 buah paprika<\/li>\n<li>2 buah bawang bombai<\/li>\n<li>3 butir kapulaga<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt jintan<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt merica bulat<\/li>\n<li>3 butir cengkeh<\/li>\n<li>10 butir adas<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>100 cc minyak zaitun<\/li>\n<li>3 buah jeruk nipis<\/li>\n<li>Tusukan sate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CARA MENGOLAH: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Potong-potong daging, paprika, bawang bombay ukuran 1x2x3 cm, sisih kan.<\/li>\n<li>Sangrai kapulaga, jintan, merica, cengkih, dan adas, lalu gerus bersama garam dan gula hingga halus.<\/li>\n<li>Aduk daging bersama bumbu halus. tuangkan minyak ke dalamnya. Aduk sampai rata. Masukkan paprika, bawang bombai dan air jeruk nipis. Aduk kembali, sisih kan 15 menit supaya meresap.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil sepotong tusukan sate, tusukan daging dan bawang bombai dengan selang seling.<\/li>\n<li>Panggang di atas api sambil sekali-kali olesi sisa bumbu.
