Namun, itu saja belum cukup, sebab kamar tidur sebaiknya juga mampu \u201cmenangkap\u201d energy positif dan menyalurkannya kepada orang yang tengah beristirahat.<\/p>\n<p>AGAR kamar tidur dapat menyerap energy positif, \u201chokum-hukum\u201d feng shui perlu dierapkan untuk menata latk kamar tidur. Energy positif dipercaya akan ningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan membuat tidur kita makin nyenyak. Ilmu feng shui mengungkapkan, seluruh aspek kehidupan mengandung\u00a0 tingkat energi. Terdapat beberapa langkah mengatur kamar tidur agar sesuai dengan feng shui. Dimulai dengan mengatur letak tempat tidur. Kaki tempat tidur jangan mengarah langsung ke pintu sebab pintu dianggap sebagai jalan masuknya energy kehidupan. Jika pintu terhalang, hal ini akan membuat energy tidak mengalir lancar.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian, di dalam kamar tidur sebaliknya tidak dipenuhi dengan perabotan. Kamar tidur yang penuh perabotan dan berantakan akan memutus aliran energy positif. Ini seperti jalanan yang dipenuhi penghalang sehingga membuat setiiap orang yang lewat harus membuang energy untuk menghindar.<\/p>\n<p>Peraboan yang ditempatkan dalam kamar tidur disarankan memilki sudut yang lwmbut. Sudut tajam diyaikini akan menghasilkan sha chi atau energy negative. Energy ini bisa memicu timbulnya stress atau depresi. Jika tidak\u00a0 emmungkinkan mengganti perabotan berdutu tajam, usahakan agar sudut tajam tak mengara kepada kita saat\u00a0 tidur.<\/p>\n<p>Jika di dalam kamar tidru terdapat kamar mandi, jangan Anda biarkan pintu kamar mandi kerap terbuka. Air di kamar mandi penuh dengan energu yang bergerak, jika pintu terbuka, dan akan menarik energy positif ke dalam kamar mandi.<\/p>\n<p>Begitu pula jika di kamar tidur ada arang elektronik, seperti televisi, kompputer, atau ponsel. Sebaiknya benda-benda tersebut berjarak 5-6 meter dari tempat tidursebab medan elektromagnetik akan berdampak negative pada kesehatan. Jika ukuran kamar tidur tak luas, benda-benda tadi bisa dipisahkan dengan meletakkan tanaman.<\/p>\n<p>Anda perhatikkan pula warna dinding kamar tidur. Gunakanlah cat dinding yang berwarna lembut agar tercipta suasana nyaman dan ldamai. Bisa pula dengan memasang lukisan bertema kelembutan dengan bingkai\u00a0 bersudut lembut. Jendela secara rutin dibuka agar sirkulasi udara di dalam kamar lamacar.
