Ada banyak inovasi yang terinspirasi dari disiplin ilmulain. Tapi tujuan dari baca buku sebelum tidur ini sebenarnya untuk relaksasi. Oya, tapi sebuah studi dari National Institutes of Health menyarankan untuk menghindari membaca buku ber-platform digital karena cahaya yang dipancarkan melalui smartphone atau tablet bisa mengganggu tidur dan melelahkan mata. Jadi buku berbasis kertas masih jadi pilihan terbaik sebelum menuju alam mimipi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Matikan Semua Gadget<\/p>\n<p>Suara yang terpancar dari ponsel, komputer, dan table bisa mengganggu saat terlelap. Matikan semua perangkat gadget. Hal itu bisa membantu kamu fokus satu hal, seperti ngobrol bareng keluarga, membaca, atau bikin perencanaan, faktanya, selama dalam kesepian, memungkinkan munculnya ide- ide baru.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Update Target<\/p>\n<p>Sepertinya nggak masuk akal ya, bikin planning sebelum tidur malah bisa membantu menenangkan pikiran. Tapi, orang- orang yang sukses, rutin melakukannya. Ini karena, ketika bangun tidur, mereka sudah punya \u201csenjata\u201d untuk menuntaskan pekerjaan di hari itu. Mereka bikin daftar pencapaian pada hari sebeulumnya. Termasuk target- target yang tidak tercapai dan agenda yang harus dilakukan untuk hari berikutnya. Berikutnya, mereka bikin wish list yang ingin dicapai di hari itu.<\/p>\n<p>Banyak orang sulit tidur di malam hari karena masih memikirkan agenda di hari berikutnya. Kurangin kekhawatiran itu dengan planning yang baik. Menurut Business Inside, CEO American Express Kenneth Chenaulth suka menuliskan tiga hal teratas yang ingin dicapai pada esok hari itu.
