Diacara yang diadakan pada Selasa (13\/11) lalu ini mengajak para peserta untuk belajar tentang kesehatan mental dan jiwa serta motivasi kepada mereka yang sedang merasa dibawah tekanan kehidupan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Acara yang dimulai sekitar Pkl 16.00 WIB dan bertempat di Ruang\u00a0A934,\u00a0UC Tower ini menunjuk Bpk <strong>Partika Dhimas Pangestu S.psi.,M.Psi.,CHCS., Psikologi\u00a0(Meta Progress Training &amp; Consulting) <\/strong>sebagai narasumber kala itu. Dijelaskan bahwa secara umum manusia pasti memiliki stres karena sesuatu. Stres sendiri adalah kondisi dimana seseorang mempunyai sebuah tekanan atau beban yang membuatnya terus memikirkan hal tersebut namun sifatnya hanya sementara, jika sudah berbulan-bulan sudah dikategorikan depresi.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan adanya tekanan atau beban pikiran tersebut bisa membuat emosi yang semula baik menjadi jelek. Ada beberapa situasi di jaman now yang bisa menjadi beban:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tuntutan jaman yang sudah mulai berubah<\/li>\n<li>Teknologi yang semakin canggih<\/li>\n<li>Gaya hidup yang lebih mewah<\/li>\n<li>Masalah keuangan<\/li>\n<li>Agama<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jika kita sedang merasa stres karena suatu tekanan atau beban, maka kita butuh latihan untuk melepaskan stres tersebut agar tidak menumpuk dan menjadi depresi dengan cara sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Relaksi nafas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Biasanya dilakukan dengan mendengarkan musik sambil latihan bernafas yang teratur.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Relaksi denyut jantung<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Merasakan denyut jantung sehingga kita merasa lebih rileks.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Mindful driving<\/li>\n<li>Mindful eating<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ada beberapa orang yang jika dia merasa stres, maka dia merasa ingin makan dan yang biasanya dimakan adalah makanan manis seperti coklat.<\/p>\n<p>Ada seorang profesor psikologi di Universitas Texas yaitu Dr. Kristin Neff yang menyatakan <em>The Power of Self Compassion<\/em> adalah suatu belas kasihan untuk diri kita sendiri merupakan sesuatu hal yang penting. Beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk kita dapat mengasihi diri kita sendiri, yaitu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self kindness (Kondisi dimana kita dapat menerima keadaan kondisi kita apa adanya) VS. Self judgement (Suka menggerutu dan susah di kasih tau)<\/li>\n<li>Common humantiy (Semua punya masalah sesuai porsi jadi kita harus menyelesaikan masalah itu) VS. Isolation (Mengganggap semua orang jahat karena hanya dia yang mengalami)<\/li>\n<li>Mindulness (Cara kita menikmati waktu saat ada masalah dan melakukan hal yang disukai) VS.
