Perempuan yang juga aktif nge-<em>gym <\/em>tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa semuanya berdampak sebab akibat. \u201c <em>bad mood <\/em>\u00a0bikin ngemil makin banyak. Biar nggak makin gemuk aku jogging. Nah, jadinya segar kembali. Kebiasaan itu <em>muter gitu aja <\/em>\u201c ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu untuk makanan yang manis, bila tidak menemukan makanan berbahan <em>low fal, <\/em>dia memilih bikin sendiri dirumah.\u201d Bahannyakan lebih sehat dan bisa menjadi bekal ke kantor tegasnya. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>Mengkonsumsi makanan manis ketika <em>bad mood <\/em>dianut Michelle Liman.
