Hal inilah yang mendasari kenapa banyak infused water dilakukan dengan merendam dalam air panas,&#8221; ujar Lia.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan salah satu penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Chen dkk di tahun 2007, perendaman dalam air mendidih selama 30 menit memiliki kandungan hesperidin yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada suhu 40oC maupun 70oC.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, kandungan citrus yang baik buat tubuh tidak hanya Hesperidinnya saja akan tetapi juga terdapat vitamin C yang tidak tahan dengan panas.<\/p>\n<p>Penelitian yang dilakukan Muhammad dkk 2019 menunjukkan pada 45oC saja selama 15 menit kandungan vitamin C dalam jus jeruk akan berkurang sebanyak 12% dan akan semakin berkurang dengan kenaikan suhu yang digunakan, sedangkan pada suhu 30oC vitamin C yang ada tidak berkurang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nah untuk konsumsi yang optimal, sebaiknya dipisahkan antara air perasan citrus dengan kulitnya,&#8221; kata Lia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Setelah itu kulitnya dapat direbus terlebih dahulu atau disiram air panas selama 30 menit, setelah air sudah hangat agak ke suhu ruang kita bisa campurkan air perasan citrusnya, sehingga kita bisa mendapatkan kandungan hesperidin beserta vitamin C-nya,&#8221; pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sumber : https:\/\/surabaya.tribunnews.com , Kamis, 30 April 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>https:\/\/surabaya.tribunnews.com\/2020\/04\/30\/antioksidan-dari-infused-lemon-dan-jeruk-tingkatkan-sistem-imun-tubuh-di-tegah-wabah-covd-19 Antioksidan dari Infused Lemon dan Jeruk Tingkatkan Sistem Imun Tubuh di Tegah Wabah Covd-19 SURYA.co.id | SURABAYA &#8211; Beredar pesan berantai di grup sosial media bahwa pH untuk virus corona bervariasi dari 5,5 hingga 8,5.
