Sisihkan<\/li>\n<li>Tumis bumbu yang di ranjang hingga harum<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan kikil yang di ranjang hingga harum<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan kikil dan aduk, tambahkan air secukupnya, biarkan mendidih<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan garam dan gula<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan lengkuas, daun salam, serai, tauco, tomat, jahe<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan terus dengan api kecil sampai bumbu meresap ke dalam kikil. Angkat, hidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>BAHAN <\/strong>utama membuat tauco adalah kedelai. Butiran-butiran kedelai difermentasikan hingga menghasilkan bumbu masakan yang memiliki rasa asin tapi gurih tersebut. Bumbu ini konon diadaptasi dari Tiongkok. Bagi yang suka, tauco bisa di tambahkan pada menu apapun. Namun, biasanya tauco untuk bumbu olahan tumisan (opi).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tauco Kerang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr kerang batu, siangi<\/li>\n<li>2 buah tahu sutera , potong sesuai selera<\/li>\n<li>2 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>1 buah tomat, potong sesuai selerra<\/li>\n<li>5 butir bawang merah, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>6 buah cabai hijau, iris serong<\/li>\n<li>10 cabai rawit merah, iris serong<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm tauco medan<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir sesuai selera<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>500 ml air<\/li>\n<li>Minyak goreng secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>2 ruas jari lengkuas, keprak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara Mengolah:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Panaskanlah minyak dalam wajan. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih yang telah diiris-iris tipis sampai ada aroma harum<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan potongan cabai, tomat, tauco, lengkuas, daun salam, gula, garam, aduk sampai rata<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan kerang yang telah bersih ke dalam wajan bersama bumbu yang telah merata. Aduk sebentar<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkann 500 ml air dan tahu yang sudah di potong-potong.<\/li>\n<li>Biarkan hingga kerang matang dan bumbunya meresap. Setelah matang, angkat dan hidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keterangan <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 5 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 25 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Memilih Tauco<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pilih yang warnanya cokelat bersih. Tidak ada kotoran di dalamnya. Itu menandaka tauco di olah dengan baik<\/li>\n<li>Pilih yang butiran kedelainya masih utuh, karena hal itu menandakan jika tauco dibuat dari bahan kedelai pilihan (kho\/opi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Udang Bumbu Tauco<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr udang, siangi<\/li>\n<li>3 sdm minyak goreng<\/li>\n<li>6 butir bawang merah, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>8 buah cabai hijau,iris serong<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd buah tomat, iris-iris<\/li>\n<li>2 cm lengkuas, keprek<\/li>\n<li>1 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>2 cm jahe, keprek<\/li>\n<li>5 sdm tauco medan<\/li>\n<li>1 papan petai, kupas, iris-iris<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir sesuai selera<\/li>\n<li>75 ml air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara mengolah<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai hijau, tomat, lengkuas, daun salam, dan jahe sampai harum<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan tauco medan udang, dan petai. Aduk sampai udang berubah warna. Biarkan sebentar<\/li>\n<li>Beri garam, gula pasir dan air. Aduk dan masak sebentar sampai udang matang.
