Saat siang, usahakan anak tidur satu sampai satu setengah jam.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Anak pun harus diberi penjelasan tentang sahur. Kalau perlu, pakai alarm. Sampaikan bahwa di jam tertentu, alarm tersebut akan berbunyi untuk membangunkan mereka,&#8221; ia menguraikan.<\/p>\n<p>Yang tidak kalah penting, orang tua tidak boleh mendadak saat membangunkan anak untuk makan sahur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Berikan anak waktu untuk bersiap sampai benar-benar siap makan. Satu jam sebelum waktu sahur, sudah mulai dipersiapkan. Jangan langsung dipaksa bangun,&#8221; Stefani mengatakan.<\/p>\n<p>Jika memang anak tidak bisa bangun, orang tua harus bijak. Karena masih dalam tahap belajar, anak tidak boleh dibentak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Orang tua jangan sampai emosi sampai marah-marah, yang ada suasana jadi tidak enak. Kalau memang tidak bisa bangun, ya sudah tidak perlu dipaksa,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Jika anak sudah bangun, maka orang tua sebaiknya memberikan pemahaman dan mengajak diskusi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Termasuk kalau anak tidak kuat berpuasa, jangan dipaksa. Jangan sampai puasa memberikan pengalaman yang traumatis bagi mereka,&#8221; tutupnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Stefani, orang tua harus membuat anak nyaman saat berpuasa, bukan malah membuat takut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jelaskan dengan cara yang tepat dan sesuai. Daripada anak berbohong karena takut.
