Bumbu yang digunakan bisa beragam. Udang bisa diolah dengan bumbu sauss madu atau lada hitam. Selain itu, udang bakar juga nikmat dengan tambahan daun kemangi. Kehadiran daun berbau harum ini membuat udang bakar makin gurih rasanya.<\/p>\n<p>Udang Bakar Lada Hitam<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr udang, belah punggungnya<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm air jeruk lemonnya<\/li>\n<li>2 sdt garam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BAHAN PERENDAM :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gr saus barbeque<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt kecap inggris<\/li>\n<li>25 gr saus tomat<\/li>\n<li>3 sdm madu<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm margarin, lelehkan<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd sdt merica hitam kasar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt basil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt peterseli cincang<\/li>\n<li>20 tusuk sate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lumuri udang dengan air jeruk lemon dan garam. Diamkan selama 15 menit.<\/li>\n<li>Perendam : campur saus barbeque, kecap inggris, saus tomat, madu, margarin, merica hitam kasar, basil, oregano, dan peterseli cincang. Masukkan udang dalam bumbu perendam. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Angkat dan sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Tusuk udang memanjang. Bakar udang sambil dioles sisa bumbu sampai matang. Angkat dan hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keterangan :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 25 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Udang Masak Kamangi<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 gr udang, buang kepalanya<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm air jeruk nipis untuk direndam<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd sdm saus tomat<\/li>\n<li>Daum kemangi secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>500 ml air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BUMBU, HALUSKAN :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 buah cabai merah<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>3 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>3 butir kemiri, sangria<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sdt merica<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cm kunyit<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cm Jahe<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rendam udang yang telah dibersihkan dalam air jeruk, kurang lebih 15 menit. Tiriskan<\/li>\n<li>Tumis bumbu halus hingga matang dan harum. Tambahkan saus tomat dan air, kemudian didihkan. Masukkan udang, masak sebentar kurang lebih 5 menit.<\/li>\n<li>Menjelang diangkat, masukkan daun kemangi, aduk rata. Tusukkan lidi 5 ekor udang seperti sate. Bakar dan olesi dengan sisa bumbu.
