Hal.3<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Thailand Masuk Tahap Ekspansi<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>SURABAYA &#8211; Industri niaga elektronik atau biasa disebut e-commerce secara global masih dikuasai regional Asia Timur Tiga negara di wilayah tersebut menyumbang nilai konsumsi e-commerce terbesar, baik di Asia-Pasifik<br \/>\nmaupun seluruh dunia. Managing Director, Global E-Commerce, AnyMind Group Akinori Kubo mengatakan, peran Asia Timur bagi industri global tak bisa diingkari. Merujuk survei Euromonitor Internasional, negara Tiongkok, Jepang, dan Korea Selatan menyerap 87 persen dari nilai pen-jualan e-commerce. &#8220;Secara global, nilai e commerce tiga negara tersebut juga me-nyerap 40 persen,&#8221; ujar Kubo dalam keterangannya kemarin (7\/10). Dia mengatakan, perkiraan ukuran pasar dari tiga negara tersebut mencapai USD 4,2 triliun. Namun, tiga negara itu punya tren yang berbeda. Di Tiongkok, konsumen terbiasa dengan perbandingan harga sehingga pembelian dari konsumen e-commerce biasanya didorong diskon dari brand. Di sisi lain, konsumen Jepang justru menghargai benefit dari loyalitas mereka. Karena itu, mereka biasanya bakal terdorong belanja sambil mengumpulkan poin. &#8220;Sebagai contoh, Rakuten Group di Jepang telah membentuk ekosistem Rakuten dengan tingkat loyalitas konsumen yang tinggi,&#8221; ungkapnya. Pasar Korea Selatan juga berbeda. Penjualane-commerce di negara tersebut didominasi platform e-commerce lokal. Mereka punya pikiran yang sempit sehingga susah berganti, baik soal brand maupun platform e-commerce. Di sisi lain, konsumen di Taiwan sangat menyukai gratis ongkos kirim. Mereka bahkan rela membeli barang lebih banyak untuk bisa mencapai batas ongkos kirim. Platform favorit di negara masing-masing pun berbeda. Secara umum, model usaha omni-channel, mobile-first, dan social commerce menjadi fokus utama. Misalnya, pasar e-commerce di Jepang dan Taiwan yang masih mengandalkan jaringan ritel fisik. Brand pun biasanya merancang situs toko resmi meski sudah masuk ke platform e-commerce. Hal itu berbeda dengan platform e-commerce di Tiongkok yang menjadi lebih bebas. Di negara tersebut, potensi social commerce justru berkempang pesat sehingga membuat konsumen bisa belanja berbagai barang tanpa harus keluar dari halaman media sosial. Anymind sebelumnya meluncurkan studi e-commerce Asia Tenggara. Dia mengatakan, ekonomi digital di Asia Tenggara bisa mencapai USD 330 miliar pada 2025. Sementara, nilai e-commerce di Indonesia diproyeksikan mencapai USD 86, 1 miliar pada 2028. &#8220;Pada 2022, nilai penjualan e-commerce Indonesia sendiri menyerap 52 persen dari total industri di Asia Tenggara,&#8221; imbuhnya. Indonesia dianggap sudah masuk tahap ekspansi bersama industri di Malaysia dan Thailand. Sedangkan Filipina dan Vietnam masih dalam tahap industri berkembang. Satu-satunya yang sudah matang adalah Singapura. Di Indonesia, sudah terjadi integrasi antara belanja online dan offline di banyak platform e-commerce. Karena itu, perilaku konsumen kini mulai mencari kenyamanan dengan fitur kurir sehari sampai atau mencari toko yang dekat dengan lokasi mereka. &#8220;Secara garis besar, konsumen e-commerce di Asia Tenggara memang berfokus pada platform di ponsel yang lebih fokus pada personalisasi tiap konsumen. Namun, memang ada beberapa perbedaan dalam preferensi di setiap negara,&#8221;<br \/>\nungkapnya.
