Salah satu dessert yang dapat menjadi pilihan adalah Guilinggao. Ia bisa menjadi makanan penutup dengan rasa yang enak. Guilinggao adalah jeli herbal asal Tiongkok yang terbuat dari tempurung kura-kura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Rasanya ya mirip-mirip dengan cincau,&#8221; terang chef de partie Grand Swiss- Belhotel Darmo, Surabaya, Hizkia Seppratenta Kristiarto. Bedanya, Guilinggao memiliki bau khas seperti minuman herbal dan after taste sedikit pahit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guilinggao dipercaya memiliki banyak manfaat. Di antaranya baik untuk kesehatan kulit, melancarkan peredaran darah, membantu pertumbuhan otot, mendinginkan tubuh, mengurangi jerawat, memperbaiki fungsi ginjal, dan yang lainnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hizkia pun mengulik resep Guilinggao agar enak dimakan dan cantik dilihat. Dia mengombinasikan Guilinggao dengan lo han kuo (buah biksu, Red) dan topping homemade honey mascarpone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Jadi, sajian ini tidak hanya lezat, tapi juga kaya akan manfaat,&#8221; terangnya. Madu dan mascarpone membuat rasa hidangan menjadi seimbang. Mascarpone adalah keju asal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Italia yang terbuat dari krim susu sapi. &#8220;Jadi ini fusion antara Asia dan Western,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guilinggao bakal menjadi salah satu sajian makan malam imlek di Grand Swiss-Belhotel Darmo, Surabaya.
