Sebagaimana sudah banyak diketahui, duduk terlalu lama dalam satu posisi berefek buruk bagi kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Mulai otot, tulang, sampai metabolisme tubuh, semua berisiko mengalami gangguan .\u201d Perlu diperhatikan , posisi duduk itu sudah bener nggak? Terus, tinggi-rendahnya (kusri, Red) juga ,\u201d kata dr Yunus SpOT.<\/p>\n<p>Selain posisi duduk dan ketinggian kursi, durasi dan kondisi sesorang berdampak pada kesehatan . Durasi yang dimaksud Yunus adalah lamanya sesorang duduk di depan komputer . Jika lebih dari 6-8 jam dan tetap di posisi yang sama , beberapa bagian tubuh tentu berisiko mengalami fatique atau kelelahan .<\/p>\n<p>Untuk posisi duduk, dokter spesialis ortopedi dan traumatologi RS Unair itu menyebutkan , yang ideal adalah duduk tegak. Duduk bersandar , bukan hanya bagian tuber ischiadica yang di tekan, tulang ekor pun ikut tertekan .<\/p>\n<p>Jika tertekan terlalu lama, tulang ekor yang sebenarnya tidak difungsikan untuk duduk akan nyeri . Tulang ekor berposisi di ujung bawah tulang belakang .\u201d Posisi menahan postur dalam posisi duduk itulah yang membuat tulang ekor sering sakit,\u201ducap alumnus Unair tersebut .<\/p>\n<p>Nyeri itu memang timbul tenggelam . Namun, jika tidak dihiraukan , lama kelamaan hal tersebut bisa mengakibatkan spasme atau yang umum disebut kaku .<\/p>\n<p>Kurangi risiko gangguan dengan :<br \/>\n1. Sering ubah-ubah posisi badan .<br \/>\n2. Lakukan peregangan kepala dan badan<br \/>\n3. Tinggalkan tempat duduk dan jalan-jalan sebentar setiap 30 menit .<\/p>\n<p>Jika ada rasa tidak nyaman di sekitar leher , pinggang, atau tulang ekor,berusaha kenali dulu penyebabnya .<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDikasih obat nyeri, nyerinya memang hilang saat itu. Tapi, itu nggak menyelesaikan masalah ,\u201d ujar dokter berusia 32 tahun tersebut .<br \/>\nYunus menuturkan , penyebab nyeri harus di cari betul . Jika memang disebabkan kebiasaan duduk yang salah saat bekerja , sudah saatnya kebiasaan itu diubah .<\/p>\n<p>Jika pekerjaan mengahruskan duduk di depan komputer dalam jangka waktu yang lama, usahakan sering mengubah-ubah posisi badan . Sedikit stretching , meskipun hanya merengangkan kepala dan badan , akan mengurangi risiko fatique dan spasme. Usahakan pula duduk dalam posisi tegak.<\/p>\n<p>Jika ingin bersandar , upayakan sandaran kursi tetap membuat posisi duduk tegak . Tinggi rendahnya kursi pun sangat penting . Pilihlah kursi kerja yang ergonomis. Mengenani tinggi rendahnya kursi , sesuaikan dengan posisi mata saat menatap kayar komputer . Jangan sampai posisi mata terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah dari layar.<\/p>\n<p>Yunus menuturkan , sebaiknya jangan duduk diam terus-menerus .\u201d Tubuh harus bergerak .
