Tekan-tekan hingga leunca sedikit hancur. Aduk rata dan hidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sambal jengkol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya 15 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bahan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr jengkol, pilih yang agak tua<\/li>\n<li>2 buah tomat, potong, goreng<\/li>\n<li>250 ml air<\/li>\n<li>Minyak goreng secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bumbu, haluskan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 buah cabe rawit<\/li>\n<li>4 buah cabai hijau besar<\/li>\n<li>4 buah cabai merah<\/li>\n<li>2 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt terasi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara mengolah:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bersihkan jengkol. Potong-potong menjadi 4 bagian. Goreng sampai agak kering.<\/li>\n<li>Langsung tuangkan air ke dalam penggorengan tersebut agar jengkolnya menjadi empuk dan gurih. Tutup wajan kira-kira 5 menit. Angkat tiriskan, lalu sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan sedikit minyak. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukakn tomat goreng. Aduk rata kemudian masukkan jengkol dan tambahkan sedikit air. Aduk rata dan masak sampai semuanya matang. Angat dan hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Sambal petai<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keterangan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya 10 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bahan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 mata petai, potong jadi dua<\/li>\n<li>30 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>4 lembar daun jeruk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt gula merah, sisir<\/li>\n<li>Minyak untuk menumis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bumbu, halsukan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 buah cabai merah<\/li>\n<li>6 buah cabai rawit<\/li>\n<li>7 siung bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>3 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cara mengolah:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, dan petai. Aduk rata. Masak kembali hingga petai matang<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan gula merah. Aduk rata<\/li>\n<li>Masak sambal hingga matang. Angkat dan hidangkan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sambal sekaligus lalapan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siapa pun setuju, jika menikmati sambal dengan aneka lauk disertai nasi hangat, menimbulkan kenikmatannya tiada tara. Lebih nikmat lagi kalau sambal yang kita buat juga ditambah dengan berbagai jenis lalapan. Namun, tak juga ditambah dengan berbagai jenis lalapan. Namun tak semua suka lalapan dalam bentuk mentah. Ada pula yang menambahkan lalapan sekaligus pada sambalnya. Misalnya, jengkol atau petai diolah sekaligus dengan sambalnya. Ada pula kemangi yang dipenyet di atas sambal tomat hijau. Leunca pun bisa diulek kasar di tas sambal terasi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menyimpan kemangi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Langsung masukkan daun kemangi ke dalam kantong atau wadang plastic dan tutup hingga rapat. Tak perlu mencuci kemangi sebelum disimpan. Sebab, air akan membuat kemangi makin mudah layu dan busuk.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan kemangi yang sudah di masukkan dalam wadah ke dalam kulkas dengan suhu sekitar 10 derajat celcius. Kemangi bisa tahan hingga 14 hari. Kemangi bisa layu dalam 3 hari, bila disimpan dalam suhu dibawah 10 derajat Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Jika ingin memasak kemangi atau menyajikannya dalam bentuk lalapan, keluarkan dari kulkas.
