Pembeli saat ini semakin kritis, memiliki akses informasi yang luas, serta lebih selektif dalam mengambil keputusan. Kondisi tersebut menjadi latar belakang digelarnya Indonesia&#8217;s Sales Festival (ISF) 2026 yang berlangsung pada 12 Maret 2026 di Integrity Hall, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Mengusung tema &#8220;How to Sell to the Modern Buyer&#8221;, acara ini menghadirkan berbagai perspektif dari praktisi bisnis, trainer, hingga akademisi untuk membahas strategi memahami dan memenangkan pembeli modern di tengah pasar yang semakin kompetitif dan penuh distraksi.<\/p>\n<p>Program Director Sand by LDC, Selly Fatmawati, menjelaskan bahwa Indonesia&#8217;s Sales Festival dirancang sebagai ruang belajar yang tidak hanya memberikan inspirasi, tetapi juga menghadirkan insight yang aplikatif bagi para peserta. Menurutnya, program ini sengaja mempertemukan berbagai sudut pandang, mulai dari akademisi, praktisi bisnis, hingga pendekatan metodologi dari Sandler Training sebagai salah satu institusi sales training yang telah teruji.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami ingin peserta tidak hanya mendapatkan teori, tetapi juga memahami bagaimana konsep tersebut benar-benar diterapkan dalam praktik bisnis sehari-hari,&#8221; ujar Selly.<\/p>\n<p>Acara yang dihadiri 185 peserta dari berbagai industri ini menghadirkan sejumlah pembicara dari beragam latar belakang. Di antaranya Dirga Suwandha selaku Master Trainer Sandler Training, Brian Lazuardi selaku CEO Golden Enterprise Azarine Group, Imelda M. Harsono selaku Deputy CEO Samator Group, Ivi Santoso selaku Brand &amp; Creative Partner, Tanadi Santoso selaku Corporate Trainer &amp; Entrepreneur, Damelina B. Tambunan selaku Dekan School of Business Management Universitas Ciputra, serta Aristia Chen selaku Founder &amp; CMO Mazuta Group.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui berbagai sesi diskusi dan studi kasus, peserta mendapatkan sudut pandang yang beragam mengenai strategi penjualan.
