Jika Anda berencana makan yang lebih baik mulai tahun 2015 ini, pertimbangkan untuk meninggalkan makanan olahan selamanya.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Yogurt aneka rasa<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Membaca laporan dari Cornucopia Institute, Anda akan berpikir dua kali tentang minuman yogurt rasa stroberi, Yogurt berpisa mengandung kadari gula yang tinggi, pemanis buatan, warna dan penambah rasa yang berada diantara bahan-bahan membahayakan lainnya. Lalu solusinya dengan membuat sendiri atau memilih yang berasa asli, yogurt organik. Jika menginginkan rasa stroberi, lebih baik menambahkan sendiri dengan buah stroberi segar.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Makanan kaleng<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Asa begitu banyak makanan kaleng di supermarket, sehingga sulit untuk berpikir bahwa semua itu bisa berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan. Dan meskipun di dalamnya banyak mengandung bahan-bahan makanan yang sehat seperti kacang atau tomat, namun ada risiko besar dari bahan kimia yang terdapat pada lapisan kaleng, yaitu BPA (Bisphenol-A). Jangan tertipuy oleh label kemasan tertulis bebas BPA. Karena banyak diantaranya mengandung bahan kimia yang mengganggu kelenjar endokrin, yang mungkin saja tidak sehat. Dan perlu diingat bahwa makanan berkaleng juga mengandung kelebihan jumlah garam.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Energi bar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Camilan ini memang nyaman, enak dan biasanya sarat dengan gula, protein heksana-ekstraksi dan minyak kedelai. Sebenarnya, Anda dapat memperoleh energi yang sama dan cepat dari segenggam kacang dan beberapa potong buah (segar maupun kering). Atau, dengan meluangkan waktu untuk membuat sendiri energy bar di mana kita dapat mengontrol bahan-bahannya.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Donut<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Donut tidak pernah dianggap sebagai makanan sehat, karena mengandung kadar gula tingi. Selain itu, donut dipercaya sebagai penyebab kerusakan gigi, obesitas dan diabetes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Soda<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Baik berupa diet soda atau soda pada umumnya, benar-benar tidak ada manfaatnya, dan jika ia dikemas dalam kaleng, bahkan lebih buruk lagi (lihat ulasan nomor-2). Diet soda mengandung pemanis buatan, dan biasanya sarat dengan sirup jagung fuktosa tinggi. Bahkan soda alami dapat mengandung lebih dari 40 gram gula per botol! Pilihlah air mineral sebagai gantinya.
