Hidangkan segera.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan : untuk 2 porsi, proses 30 menit, biaya Rp 5.000<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OSENG TAHU SAWI PUTIH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bahan :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 buah sawi putih, potong-potong<\/li>\n<li>150 gr tahu putih, potong kotak 1 \u00bd cm, goreng<\/li>\n<li>2 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>2 cm lengkuas, keprek<\/li>\n<li>2 buah cabai merah keriting, potong serong<\/li>\n<li>2 buah tomat, potong-potong<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm kecap manis<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<li>200 ml air<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm minyak untuk menumis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bumbu, haluskan :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 butir bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cara mengolah :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas, dan cabai merah sampai harum. Masukkan tomat. Aduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan sawi asin dan tahu. Aduk rata. Tambahkan kecap manis, garam, gula, dan merica bubuk. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Masak sampai matang dan meresap. Angkat, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Keterangan : untuk 2 porsi, proses 60 menit, biaya Rp 10.000<\/p>\n<p><strong>KIMCHI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bahan :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 buah sawi putih<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd buah bawang bombai, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc batang lobak putih, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>3 batang daun bawang<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm bawang paru<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm ebi<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt jahe parut<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd gelas bubuk cabai<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm wijen goreng<\/li>\n<li>1 gelas air<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cangkir kecap ikan korea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cara mengolah :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sawi dibelah menjadi dua, biarkan utuh. Rendam sawi dalam campuran tiga genggam garam yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air matang selama empat jam. Angkat, tiriskan.<\/li>\n<li>Buat bumbu merah dengan cara mencampurkan gula, bubuk cabai, jahe, bawang putih, daun bawang, kecap ikan, dan sedikit garam. Balurkan campuran bumbu secara merata menutup semua bagian sawi hingga ke sela lembar daun terdalam. Gulung sawi dan ambil lembar terakhir untuk mengikatnya.
