Setiap tegukan teh dan aroma khasnya ditengarai dapat membangun semangat positif.<\/p>\n<p>Itu sering dilakoni Elvi Leiwakabessy, 26; dan Lisa Tasanee, 30. Bagi mereka, <em>ngeteh<\/em> sudah menjadi rutinitas wajib saban hari. Bukan sekadar pelepas dahaga, <em>ngeteh<\/em> pun bisa membangkitkan <em>mood<\/em> sebelum bekerja. \u201cBiasanya <em>kan <\/em>malas <em>tuh <\/em>pagi-pagi kerja. Jadi, saya suka <em>ngeteh<\/em> dulu di kantor sebelum kerja,\u201d unkap Elvi.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Elvi, setelah teh diminum, aroma dan rasa yang khas tersebut mengalir ke seluruh organ tubuh seperti <em>spa<\/em>. Kenikmatan tersebut tidak hanya terasa di ujung lidah, tetapi juga di dalam tubuh. Sensasi relaksasi pun dirasakannya. \u201cEnak di badan, kayak habis pijat. Hangat,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kemarin mereka mencoba meminum <em>creme caramel tea. <\/em>Minuman yang terbuat dari teh merah. Saat diseduh dengan air panas, aroma teh bercampur karamel pun sudah menggoda untuk segera di-<em>sruput<\/em>. \u201cHmmm, aromanya enak ya. Karamelnya terasa sekali,\u201d kata Lisa.<\/p>\n<p>Lisa juga demikian gemar dengan <em>ngeteh<\/em>. Setidaknya setiap pagi dan sore dia selalu minum teh hangat. Memang belum banyak jenis teh yang diminumnya. Minimal <em>jasmine tea<\/em> dari teh hitam menjadi temannya setiap hari. \u201cBiasanya kerja <em>kan <\/em>stres. Kalau <em>udah ngeteh<\/em>, pikiran dan tubuh jadi rileks,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu kolektor teh dan pecinta teh, Yenita Jayanata, mengatakan, teh bukan sekadar minuman biasa. Menurut dia, setiap teh memiliki manfaat yang berbeda-beda. Termasuk mengubah<em> mood<\/em> buruk menjadi senang. Selain itu, teh sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan tubuh. \u201cBiasanya orang meminum teh tertentu sesuai dengan kondisi mereka,\u201d ujar Yenita.<\/p>\n<p>Itu sebabnya, penikmat teh setidaknya tahu lebih banyak tentang jenis teh yang dikonsumsinya. Jenis teh yang sering dijumpai masyarakat adalah teh hijau, teh putih, teh hitam, dan teh merah. Masing-masing manfaatnya berbeda.<\/p>\n<p>Yenita menjelaskan, untuk <em>black tea<\/em> seperti <em>English breakfast<\/em> dapat diminum saat pagi. Teh tersebut mengandung kafein sehingga cocok sekali untuk mengawali aktivitas pagi. Berbeda dengan <em>red tea <\/em>seperti <em>creme caramel tea<\/em> yang dapat dikonsumsi kapan saja, baik pagi, siang hingga sore. Jenis teh ini tanpa mengandung kafein dan sangat cocok buat <em>nyantai<\/em> bersama keluarga maupun teman.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian, <em>white tea<\/em> mengandung rendah kafein dan tinggi antioksidan. Jenis ini sangat cocok untuk relaksasi selepas kerja. Misalnya, dinikmati pada sore. Badan pun terasa segar. Nah, jenis <em>green tea<\/em> lebih tidak berkafein, tetapi mengandung antioksidan yang tinggi. Jadi, teh jenis ini sangat pas untuk kecantikan kulit dan kesehatan tubuh. \u201cTinggal sesuaikan dengan kondisi,\u201d tutur <em>owner<\/em> Madame Tartine Tea Room itu <strong>(ayu\/c2\/dos)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip Seputar Ngeteh : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saat menyeduh teh hijau, sebaiknya gunakan air 40 derajat Celsius. Jangan terlalu panas karena akan merusak aroma teh.<\/li>\n<li>Teh hitam bisa disajikan dengan tambahan susu sedikit. Sensasi rasa semakin nikmat.<\/li>\n<li>Teh putih dan merah tidak disarankan ditambahi susu. Biarkan diminum secara natural.<\/li>\n<li>Cara menyimpan teh yang benar. Simpan di tempat yang sejuk dan terhindar dari panas matahari.
