(c3\/opi)<\/p>\n<p>Mi Bayam<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr mi basah<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm kecap manis<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<li>1 ikat bayam, siangi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DAGING SAPI CINCANG:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l5O gr daging sapi cincang<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm bawang putih cincang<\/li>\n<li>5 cabai rawit, potong-potong<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mie direndam air panas selama 5 menit, tiriskan, taruh mi dalam mangkok. Tambahkan kecap dan lada putih, sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Dalam mangkok terpisah, campur daging sapi cincang dengan garam, lada, kecap, gula, bawang cincang, dan cabai rawit. Lalu tumis hingga daging matang. Masukkan bayam. Angkat, sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Penyajian: Ietakkan mi di mangkuk. Taruh mi, siram dengan daging cincang. Saring dan ukur kaldunya 1.500 ml. Angkat ayam. Pisahkan paha ayam dari tulang. Potong kotak. Masukkan kembali ke dalam kaldu.<\/li>\n<li>Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukkan kecap manis, saus tiram, garam. merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Masukkan ke dalam kaldu.<\/li>\n<li>Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Masak sampai kental.<\/li>\n<li>Penyajian: ambil wadah, susun mie, kangkung, telur puyuh, dan ceker, Siram dengan kuah. Taburi bawang goreng. Masukkan potongan ayam, aduk sebentar, Tambahkan air, garam, gula, irisan daun bawang, dan kecap manis. Masak hingga daging ayam matang dan air Matikan api, sisihkan<\/li>\n<li>Rebus mi hingga matang, angkat.<\/li>\n<li>Rebus potongan sawi hingga matang, angkat.<\/li>\n<li>Penyajian: siapkan mangkuk. Masukkan 1 sdt minyak sayur, 1 sdt minyak wijen, sedikit garam, 1\/2 sdt merica bubuk, kecap asin, dan kuah kaldu (banyaknya kuah sesuai selera), aduk-aduk hingga rata. Masukkan mi ke dalam mangkuk dan aduk kembali hingga mi tercampur rata dengan bumbu. Tambahkan satu sampai dua sdm tumisan ayam di atas mi, lalu tambahkan sayur sawi yang telah direbus. Taburi dengan bawang merah goreng, irisan daun bawang, acar mentimun, kerupuk pangsit, serta saus dan sambal sesuai selera masing-masing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MEMILIH MI KUALITAS BAIK<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pilih yang tekstur lembut, hindari kaku.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pilih yang warnanya kuning alami, buka yang mencolok.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Remas mi. Kalau cepat hancur berarti mi dalam keadaan segar tanpa bahan pengawet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pegang mi. Jika minyaknya melekat di tangan, berarti mi tanpa bahan pengawet.
