Tidak heran jika harganya cukup terjangkau. Setiap ikat (4-5 batang), biasanya ditawarkan dengan harga antara Rp 500 hingga Rp 1.000. Selain murah, caisim juga termasuk sayuran yang gampang diolah dan kaya gizi. Salah satu kandunagn gizi adalah vitamin K yang penting bagi tubuh untuk mengurangi pembekuan darah.<\/p>\n<p>Mulai dari campuran bakso, nasi goring, capjay hingga untuk aneka tumisan. Kalau Bunda ingin mengolah caisim menjadi aneka tumisan, hari ni kami mengirim beberapa resepnya ke dapur Bunda. Silahkan dicoba, siapa tahu satu di antaranya akan menjadi menu favorit keluarga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agar Sawi Hijau tahan Lama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>KARENA <\/strong>termasuk sayuran yang akarnya sudah dihilangkan saat dibeli, sawi hijau bisa disimpan dengan dibungkus kertas. Lebih baik, jangan dicuci dulu atau dibersihkan dari tanah-tanahnya. Juga jangan dipotong-potong. Potong bagian yang akan digunakan saja kemudian bungkus kembali sisanya dengan kertas. Bisa dengan Koran karena Koran bersifat menyerap air.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sawi Masak Tahu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BAHAN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ikat sawi hijau, potong-potong<\/li>\n<li>100 gr tauge panjang, siangi<\/li>\n<li>1 buah tahu putih, potonhg dadu<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang merah, iris tipis<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd sdt ebi, tumbuk kasar\\<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>1 gelas air<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm minyak goring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Goreng tahu hingga berwarna kecoklatan, angkat, tiriskan<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan ebi, tumis kembali. Masukkan sawi dan tauge. Tambahkan garam, gula pasir, merica bubuk. Aduk rata jhingga semua bahan agak layu. Tambahkan air. Maak hingga mendidih.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan tahu, aduk sebentar, angkat, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Keterangan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 orang<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 10 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tumis Sawi Cumi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BAHAN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr sawi hijau, cuci, potong sesuai selera<\/li>\n<li>100 gr cumi-cumi, buang tinta, cuci, potobg sesuai selera<\/li>\n<li>1 ruas jahe, keprek<\/li>\n<li>4 siung bawang putih, haluskan<\/li>\n<li>500 gr bawang Bombay, cincang kasar<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm saus tiram<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt minyak wijen<\/li>\n<li>Garam secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Gula pasir secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Merica bubuk secukupnya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tumis bawang putih, bawang Bombay, dan jahe hingga harum.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan cumi-cumi, aduk-aduk hingga matang.<\/li>\n<li>Tuang sawi hijau, dan bahan-bahan lainnya, aduk hingga sawi setengah layu.
