(opi)<\/p>\n<p><strong>MENGOLAH SUMSUM TULANG SAPI <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KALAU Bunda ingin menikmati dengan cara rnenyedot sumsum langsung dari tulangnya, sebaiknya tulang sumsum direbus sekitar 90 menit saja Setelah direbus, tulang sumsum lalu dikukus selama 30 menit. Hasilnya, sumsum yang sudah matang dan nikmat, tapi masih menempeI dalam tulang. <strong>(tan\/c3\/opi)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pepes Sumsum Sapi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BAHAN: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gr sumsum sapi<\/li>\n<li>6 lembar daun jeruk, iris<\/li>\n<li>6 lembar daun salam<\/li>\n<li>1 batang daun bawang, iris<\/li>\n<li>12 cabai merah rawit merah<\/li>\n<li>100 ml santan kental dari 112 butir kelapa<\/li>\n<li>2 butir telur<\/li>\n<li>2 sdm minyak goreng BUMBU, HALUSKAN:<\/li>\n<li>3 cabai merah besar<\/li>\n<li>6 butir kemiri, sangrai<\/li>\n<li>3 cm kunyit, bakar<\/li>\n<li>6 butir bawang merah<\/li>\n<li>5 siung bawang putih<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>112 sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt gula pasir PELENG KAP:<\/li>\n<li>Daun pisang secukupnya<\/li>\n<li>Lidi penyemat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CARA MENGOLAH: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Potong-potong sumsum sapi, sisihkan.<\/li>\n<li>Campur bumbu halus dengan daun jeruk, irisan daun bawang, dan potong sumsum sapi, aduk rata.<\/li>\n<li>Campur santan dengan telur, garam, merica, dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Bagi menjadi enam bagian.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil selembar daun, taruh daun salam, satu bagian adonan, dan dua cabai rawit, lalu bungkus. Kukus selama 20 menit. Angkat, hidangkan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Keterangan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Untuk 4 porsi<\/li>\n<li>Proses 60 menit<\/li>\n<li>Biaya Rp 25 ribu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sate Sumsum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BAHAN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr sumsum sapi, potong 1 112 cm 112 sdm air jeruk limau<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>112 sdt gula pasir<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm kecap manis<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt ketumbar bubuk<\/li>\n<li>112 sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<li>1 sdm margarin leleh<\/li>\n<li>25 ml kecap manis<\/li>\n<li>Tusuk sate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SAUS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 siung bawang putih, haluskan<\/li>\n<li>5 butir bawang merah, haluskan<\/li>\n<li>10 buah cabai merah, rebus, haluskan<\/li>\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n<li>112 sdt gula pasir<\/li>\n<li>300 ml air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CARA MENGOLAH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lumuri sumsum sapi dengan air jeruk limau, garam, gula, margarin, kecap man is, ketumbar, dan merica. Diamkan selama 30 menit dalam lemari es.<\/li>\n<li>Tusuk-tusuk sumsum pada tusuk sate. Bakar sambil diolesi sisa bumbu.<\/li>\n<li>Saus: campur bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai merah, dan air. Masak hingga harum. Tambahkan garam dan gula.
