Kondisi ini bukan sekadar soal kesempatan, melainkan soal <strong data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"629\">kesiapan manajerial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"741\">Di dunia kerja saat ini, pengalaman saja tidak selalu cukup untuk membawa seseorang naik ke level berikutnya.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"635\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"690\">1. Mid-Level Kuat di Teknis,<em><strong data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"690\"> Lemah di Strategi<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1029\">Banyak profesional mid-level unggul secara teknis, tetapi belum sepenuhnya siap menghadapi tuntutan strategis. Fokus masih berada pada penyelesaian tugas, bukan pada perencanaan jangka panjang dan pengambilan keputusan. Akibatnya, profesional sering dipandang sebagai pelaksana yang andal, namun belum dilihat sebagai pengarah. Tanpa kemampuan membaca risiko, mengelola tim, dan memahami konteks bisnis secara menyeluruh, <strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1254\">naik level karier <\/strong>menjadi semakin sulit dicapai.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"810\"><em>Sebagian besar profesional mid-level sangat andal dalam <strong>eksekusi<\/strong>.<\/em> Namun, tantangan muncul ketika peran mulai menuntut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"842\">perencanaan jangka panjang,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"879\">pengelolaan tim dan sumber daya,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"922\">serta keputusan strategis berbasis data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1102\"><strong>Tanpa kemampuan manajemen,<\/strong> <em>profesional sering dipersepsikan hanya sebagai pelaksana,<\/em> <strong>bukan pengambil keputusan.<\/strong> Inilah alasan utama kenapa banyak karier berhenti di level tengah.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1107\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1161\">2. S2 Manajemen UC: Jalan Strategis Keluar dari <em>Stuck<\/em> Karir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1758\"><strong data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1665\">Program S2 Manajemen Universitas Ciputra<\/strong> dirancang untuk membantu profesional keluar dari jebakan mid-level.
