Integrity Hall di lantai 7 UC Main Building dipenuhi peserta kuliah perdana Pascasarjana S2 &amp; S3, masing-masing membawa antusiasme yang terlihat jelas dari catatan di tangan dan tatapan penuh fokus ke arah panggung. Tema <em>&#8220;Marketing Insight 2026: The New Rules of Winning Customers&#8221;<\/em> menjadi magnet utama, menarik mahasiswa, profesional, dan alumni untuk menyimak bagaimana tren marketing global akan membentuk strategi bisnis di tahun-tahun mendatang. Suasana terasa hangat namun serius, dengan interaksi aktif antara peserta dan pembicara yang membuat ruang kuliah menjadi arena diskusi yang dinamis.<\/p>\n<p>Acara dibuka oleh <strong>Damelina B. Tambunan, S.E., M.M., Ph.D.<\/strong>, Dean School of Business and Management, yang menyambut peserta dengan hangat dan memperkenalkan narasumber hari itu. <strong>Jacky Mussry<\/strong>, Vice Chancellor Markplus Institute, memulai sesi dengan analisis mendalam tentang perilaku konsumen modern, strategi digital, dan inovasi pemasaran yang diprediksi akan mendominasi tahun 2026. Setiap slide yang ditampilkan di layar besar menyoroti data tren global dan studi kasus nyata, membuat peserta tidak hanya memahami teori, tetapi juga melihat aplikasinya secara langsung. Beberapa peserta tampak serius mencatat, sementara yang lain aktif mengangkat tangan, bertanya tentang bagaimana teori tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam bisnis mereka sendiri.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian <strong>Ronny Liyanto<\/strong>, President Director PT Wijaya Indah Mulia (WIMCYCLE) sekaligus mahasiswa DME batch 5, memberikan perspektif praktis dari dunia nyata. Ia menceritakan pengalamannya memimpin perusahaan sekaligus menempuh studi pascasarjana, menekankan pentingnya adaptasi strategi, inovasi, dan kemampuan belajar berkelanjutan. Ceritanya mampu membangkitkan semangat peserta yang ingin menggabungkan karier profesional dengan pengembangan akademik, dan banyak peserta terlihat mengangguk setuju sambil mencatat insight yang ia bagikan.<\/p>\n<p>Sepanjang acara, peserta mendapatkan berbagai pembelajaran strategis: pentingnya strategi marketing yang adaptif dan berbasis data, pendekatan personal untuk memenangkan loyalitas pelanggan, dan pentingnya storytelling serta pengalaman pelanggan dalam membangun engagement. Selain itu, kuliah perdana ini juga menjadi arena networking eksklusif, di mana mahasiswa dapat bertukar pengalaman dengan alumni dan profesional yang sudah berpengalaman di industri masing-masing. Suasana interaktif ini menegaskan bahwa kuliah perdana UC bukan sekadar formalitas akademik, tetapi sebuah pengalaman belajar yang nyata dan aplikatif, memberikan wawasan yang dapat langsung diterapkan di dunia profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan insight yang diperoleh, peserta pulang membawa perspektif baru tentang dinamika pasar yang cepat berubah dan strategi memenangkan pelanggan di era digital.
