Tapi Tidak Benar-Benar Baik.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Karyawan dengan duck syndrome tetap aktif dan produktif. Mereka tidak membuat keributan. Tidak menciptakan konflik. Tidak menunjukkan tanda \u201cgagal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Namun secara internal, bisa saja mereka:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Terus membandingkan diri dengan orang lain<\/li>\n<li>Takut dinilai tidak kompeten<\/li>\n<li>Merasa tertinggal meski performanya baik<\/li>\n<li>Menyimpan kekhawatiran yang tidak pernah diungkapkan<\/li>\n<li>Memaksakan standar yang terlalu tinggi pada diri sendiri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mereka menjaga citra profesional dengan sangat rapi.<\/p>\n<p>Karena dalam banyak organisasi, terlihat kuat terasa lebih aman daripada terlihat kesulitan.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Mengapa Ini Perlu Anda Sadari<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Masalahnya bukan pada performa hari ini.<br \/>\nMasalahnya pada tekanan yang dipendam terlalu lama.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika seseorang terus-menerus menyembunyikan rasa kewalahan, dampaknya tidak selalu langsung terlihat. Awalnya hanya sulit fokus. Lalu mulai mudah lupa. Energi menurun. Muncul kebiasaan menunda pekerjaan yang sebelumnya jarang terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>Di tahap tertentu, stres bisa berkembang menjadi burnout.<br \/>\nDan organisasi baru menyadarinya ketika performa jatuh atau <strong>keputusan resign datang tiba-tiba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ironisnya, yang sering mengalami ini justru high performer, mereka yang paling jarang terlihat \u201cbermasalah\u201d.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Tanda-Tanda Halus yang Sering Terlewat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Perhatikan perubahan kecil:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semakin perfeksionis dan sulit delegasi<\/li>\n<li>Enggan meminta bantuan<\/li>\n<li>Jarang mengambil cuti<\/li>\n<li>Terlihat semakin tertutup secara emosional<\/li>\n<li>Selalu berkata \u201cbisa\u201d meski beban meningkat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Duck syndrome tidak muncul dengan alarm keras. Ia hadir dalam bentuk stabilitas yang tampak normal.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Refleksi untuk Kepemimpinan<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sebagai pemimpin, Anda mungkin terbiasa membaca laporan dan angka.
