Perhitungan THR sudah diatur jelas dalam <a href=\"https:\/\/peraturan.go.id\/files\/permenaker-no-6-tahun-2016.pdf\"><strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1014\">Permenaker Nomor 6 Tahun 2016<\/strong><\/a>, dan besarannya bergantung pada masa kerja serta komponen upah yang dihitung. Salah memahami cara hitung THR bukan hanya soal angka. Ini soal kepatuhan hukum dan kredibilitas perusahaan Anda.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1212\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1244\"><strong>Dasar Hukum Cara Hitung THR<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1385\">Menurut Permenaker Nomor 6 Tahun 2016, pekerja yang memiliki masa kerja minimal 1 bulan secara terus-menerus berhak menerima THR Keagamaan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1425\">Besaran THR dibedakan sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1464\"><strong>1. Masa Kerja 12 Bulan atau Lebih<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1535\">Jika karyawan telah bekerja 12 bulan atau lebih secara terus-menerus:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1559\"><strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1559\">THR = 1 bulan upah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1638\">Tidak kurang, tidak lebih (kecuali perusahaan memberikan kebijakan tambahan).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1643\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1703\"><strong>2. Dasar perhitungan THR adalah:<strong data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2323\">Gaji pokok + tunjangan tetap<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2355\">Yang termasuk tunjangan tetap:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2387\">Dibayarkan rutin setiap bulan<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2435\">Tidak bergantung pada kehadiran atau performa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2437\" data-end=\"2457\">Yang tidak termasuk:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2475\">Bonus tahunan<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2495\">Insentif target<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2516\">Komisi penjualan<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2580\">Tunjangan tidak tetap (uang makan\/transport berbasis absensi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2582\" data-end=\"2679\">Memahami struktur ini penting agar perhitungan tidak keliru dan tidak merugikan salah satu pihak.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2684\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2725\"><strong>Kesalahan Umum dalam Cara Hitung THR<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2784\">Beberapa kesalahan yang masih sering terjadi di lapangan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"2789\" data-end=\"2857\">Menganggap karyawan kurang dari 1 tahun tidak berhak mendapat THR.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"2922\">Menghitung THR hanya dari gaji pokok tanpa tunjangan tetap.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"2989\">Menggabungkan bonus dan insentif ke dalam komponen wajib THR.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3053\">Tidak menganggarkan THR dalam perencanaan cash flow tahunan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"3055\" data-end=\"3189\">Sebagai business owner, Anda perlu memastikan sistem payroll dan perencanaan keuangan sudah memasukkan kewajiban THR sejak awal tahun.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3191\" data-end=\"3194\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3229\"><strong>THR dan Profesionalisme Bisnis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3231\" data-end=\"3308\">Cara hitung THR bukan ruang untuk interpretasi bebas.
