Dalam  penelitian  ini  yang  menjadi  populasi  adalah   konsumen  Tokoedukasi  dan  Tokopedia.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  analisis   regresi  linier  berganda  dengan  melakukan  uji  validitas  dan  reliabilitas  terhadap   setiap  pertanyaan  yang  diajukan.  Uji  hipotesis  dilakukan  dengan  menggunakan   uji  F,  uji  t,  koefisien  korelasi  berganda  dan  koeifisien  determinasi.  Sebelumnya   terlebih  dahulu  dilakukan  uji  asumsi  klasik  yaitu  uji  multikolenieritas,  uji   normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji linieritas.
