Dalam  penelitian  ini  yang   menjadi  populasi  adalah  karaywan  di  PT  X.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linier   berganda  dengan  melakukann  uji  validitas  dan  realibilitas  setiap  pertanyaan  yang  diajukan.Uji   hipotesis  dilakukan  dengan  menggunakan  uji  F,  uji  t,  koefisien  korela si,  koefisien  determinasi.   Sebelumnya  terlebih  dahulu  dilakukan  uji  asumis  klasik  yaitu  uji  multikolineritas,  uji  normalitas,   uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi,  dan uji linieritas           Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sig nifikan antara nilai budaya   organisasi  (X2)  dan  asumsi  dasar  budaya  organisasi  (X3)  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan,s  erta   terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara nilai artefak(X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan.
