Selain itu, santan yang digunakan pun lebih kental, sehingga rasa gurih khas kelapa pun semakin menggoda. Tak heran jika banyak orang yang berkunjung ke Tulungaggung banyak berburu makanan khas ini untuk dijadikan oleh-oleh.<\/p>\n<p>Memasak ayam lodho memang menuntut cukup banyak kesabaran. Bersama kelima kawannya : Denny Wibowo, Inarta Bagus, Annisa Dewantari, Febi Putricandhi, dan Ezra Agaton (IBM 2014), Endy mengembangkan bisnis <i>Frozen Ayam Lodho<\/i>, yang dinamai dengan brand <i>Obor Ayam. <\/i><\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2015\/04\/IMG_20150401_100852.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"IMG_20150401_100852\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2015\/04\/IMG_20150401_100852.jpg\" width=\"269\" height=\"202\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIde obor ayam ini sebenarnya berawal dari pengembangan bisnis warung lodho ayam yang dimiliki nenek dari Denny\u201d, cerita Endy.<\/p>\n<p>Usut punya usut, ternyata Endy dan Denny ini masih memiliki hubungan saudara. Melihat nenek mereka yang mengelola warung Ayam Lodho dan terbilang sangat laris, mereka terinspirasi untuk bisa memasarkan resep khas tersebut ke luar Tulungagung..<\/p>\n<p>Bersama tim Obor Ayam, Endy pun\u00a0 berguru kepada mereka yang lebih berpengalaman dalam hal mengolah frozen food. Dan <i>voila! <\/i>Kini Obor Ayam dapat dinikmati dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau, yakni Rp 25 ribu, untuk 250 gram ayam. Karena sudah terolah menjadi frozen food, Obor Ayam ini dapat disimpan dalam lemari pembeku dan tahan bahkan hingga 4 bulan!<\/p>\n<p>Benar saja, peminat Ayam Lodho di Surabaya pun cukup tertarik dengan Obor Ayam. Di bulan pertama launching produk Obor Ayam, frozen ayam lodho ini berhasil menjual hingga 90 packages.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKonsumennya rata-rata mahasiswa dan Ibu rumah tangga yang ingin kepraktisan\u201d, jelas Endy.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, kesibukan kuliah ataupun bekerja, membuat kepraktisan mengolah makanan menjadi semakin dicari.
