Akan tetapi, seiring dengan perkembangan\u00a0<em>games<\/em>, muncullah sebuah fenomena yang disebut\u00a0<em>games addiction.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3792 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_2-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_2\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_2-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_2-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_2-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_2.jpg 1067w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>SMA Masa Depan Cerah (MDC) Surabaya, pada Senin, 5 Desember 2016, mengundang Pak Jony Eko Yulianto, S.Psi., M.A. untuk berbicara soal adiksi pada\u00a0<em>games.\u00a0<\/em>Pada kegiatan yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII SMA MDC, Pak Jony mengemukakan bahwa adiksi atau kecanduan adalah suatu bentuk abnormalitas yang dapat\u00a0muncul secara personal maupun multiplayer. Kecanduan secara personal didasari oleh faktor sifat kompetitif alami\u00a0dan <em>pride\u00a0<\/em>yang dimiliki pemain.\u00a0Sedangkan, adiksi secara multiplayer didasari oleh faktor kecenderungan rendah diri saat kalah dari lawan, tuntutan sosial dalam pergaulan, kebutuhan menjalin rekan serta relaksasi atau eskapisme (sifat menghindar dari kesulitan).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3793 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_3-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_3\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_3-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_3-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_3-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_3.jpg 1067w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Selain itu,\u00a0jalan cerita atau plot yang baik dari\u00a0<em>games\u00a0<\/em>serta komunitas yang menyukai\u00a0<em>games\u00a0<\/em>tersebut dapat membuat anak-anak kecanduan bermain. Jika sudah kecanduan, seseorang akan\u00a0merasa tidak nyaman saat tidak bermain, terus-menerus memikirkan mainan tersebut, berbohong soal lama\u00a0waktu bermain, dan bersikap anti sosial. Dari fisik penampilan, seseorang yang kecanduan akan nampak lelah, migrain, lelah mata karena radiasi, dan mengidap <em>carpal tunnel syndrome.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3794 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_5-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_5\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_5-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_5-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_5-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ciputra.ac.id\/psy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/MDC-Senior-High-Seminar-Game-Addiction_5.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Namun, kecanduan ini bukan sesuatu yang tidak bisa diubah atau &#8220;disembuhkan&#8221;. Kecanduan ini dapat diatasi dengan menggantinya <em>game\u00a0<\/em>yang dimainkan dengan\u00a0<em>game<\/em> yang edukatif, memberikan alternatif kegiatan kepada pecandu, sampai melakukan rehabilitasi. Nah, kalau saat ini, kita merasakan kecenderungan untuk bermain <em>games, <\/em>kita dapat mengalihkannya pada peluang untuk\u00a0berentrepreneurship, seperti\u00a0menjadi\u00a0<em>game programmer.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kesannya asik sih. Aku senang karena peserta aktif bertanya dan pertanyaannya berbobot.\u00a0Ada yang bertanya solusi adiksi,\u00a0<em>lucid dream<\/em>\u00a0dan kaitannya\u00a0dengan adiksi, lalu bagian mana dari game yang mengakibatkan adiksi. Selama 3 termin, semua slot pertanyaan terisi. Diskusi hidup. Hal lain yang membuatku senang adalah semua guru dan kepala sekolah hadir dan mendengarkan sesi secara penuh.
