Pak Ersa membagikan hal-hal praktis terkait pelayanan pelanggan yang penting untuk dikuasai oleh para staf administrasi kursus serta sales alat musik. Secara khusus, Pak Ersa menekankan pentingnya mengelola emosi pada saat berhadapan dengan\u00a0<em>customer.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Menurut beliau, ada 7 emosi dasar manusia, yakni\u00a0bahagia, sedih, marah, takut, terkejut, jijik, dan meremehkan. Sebelum dapat mengelola ketujuh emosi ini, para peserta harus bisa mengenali ekspresi yang akan ditunjukkan orang yang merasakan emosi-emosi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diadakan\u00a0<em>role play<\/em>\u00a0di mana\u00a0ada peserta yang diminta menunjukkan ekspresi emosi tertentu, dan rekan-rekannya akan menebak ekspresi tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Selain emosi, Pak Ersa juga menekankan pentingnya\u00a0<em>customer experience,\u00a0<\/em>yakni bagaimana perusahaan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang menyenangkan dan memuaskan bagi pelanggan. Para peserta pun diajak\u00a0<em>brainstorming\u00a0<\/em>memikirkan hal-hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh individu maupun perusahaan\u00a0untuk\u00a0<em>customer\u00a0<\/em>merasa lebih spesial. Usulan-usulan tersebut kelak dapat menjadi masukan bagi K2C Music.<\/p>\n<p>Peserta\u00a0<em>training\u00a0<\/em>mengaku cukup senang dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini.
