Namun, seiring dengan waktu, tidak menutup kemungkinan ada pegawai yang kerjanya kurang baik. Jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, maka kinerja perusahaan juga dapat terganggu. Nah, gimana caranya kita bisa tahu pegawai kita melakukan tugasnya dengan baik atau tidak? Caranya adalah dengan melakukan\u00a0<em>performance appraisal\u00a0<\/em>(PA) atau penilaian kinerja.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5534 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3823s-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3823s-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3823s-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3823s-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hadir dalam kuliah tamu mata kuliah Human Capital Development pada Kamis, 12 Oktober 2017 yang lalu,\u00a0Bapak Wawan Wongso, M.Psi., Psikolog mengenalkan para mahasiswa dengan PA. Beliau adalah seorang praktisi di bidang psikologi industri dan organisasi serta pendiri lembaga LIBELS Experiental Learning Specialist. Menurut beliau, PA dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, seperti kuesioner dengan skala 1-5 yang diisi oleh pihak-pihak yang berkaitan dengan pegawai tersebut (atasan, rekan kerja, bawahan, pelanggan, dsb.). PA juga bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan\u00a0<em>checklist,\u00a0<\/em>di mana setiap jenis tugas diberi bobot tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>Ternyata, menurut Pak Wawan, PA tak hanya berguna untuk mengetahui bagaimana performa pegawai kita selama ini. PA juga digunakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan akan pelatihan (pengetahuan atau skills apa yang perlu ditingkatkan dengan training). Selain itu, PA juga dapat dipakai sebagai penentu promosi jabatan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5539 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3847es-1-300x190.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3847es-1-300x190.jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3847es-1-768x488.jpg 768w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3847es-1-1024x650.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pada kesempatan ini, Pak Wawan menekankan pencarian indikator perilaku sebagai aspek penilaian. Misalnya, ketika ingin menilai kerajinan seseorang, kita harus tahu perilaku rajin yang dapat diamati dan diukur itu seperti apa. Contohnya adalah datang ke tempat kerja tepat waktu yang dapat diamati dan diukur dengan\u00a0<em>check lock.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5535 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3832-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3832-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3832-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/psy\/2017\/10\/IMG_3832-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan kuliah tamu yang berlangsung selama hampir dua setengah jam ini berjalan interaktif. Para mahasiswa beberapa kali diberikan pertanyaan untuk didiskusikan dan dipresentasikan di depan teman-teman yang lain. Kemudian, Pak Wawan sebagai narasumber memberikan feedback dan ulasan terhadap hasil bahasan mahasiswa.<\/p>\n<p>Johan Abdiel Tanan (PSY 2015) membenarkan hal tersebut. &#8220;Kuliah tamu dibawakan dengan sangat interaktif, dengan adanya aktivitas kelompok dan tugas kecil yang harus diselesaikan,&#8221; ujarnya. &#8220;Kuliah tamu ini juga dengan tepat sekali membahas bagaimana tenaga kerja perlu lebih dispesialisasi,&#8221; tambah mahasiswa yang sedang menjalani semester kelimanya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apabila kita memiliki bisnis yang sudah berkembang dengan sejumlah pegawai, kita pasti ingin semua pegawai kita melakukan tugasnya dengan baik agar bisnis kita pun berjalan dengan lancar.
