Simak tiga di antaranya di bawah ini!<\/p>\n<p><em>Generalized Anxiety Disorder<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gangguan kecemasan yang sering disebut juga sebagai gangguan kecemasan umum ini adalah kondisi saat seseorang mencemaskan berbagai macam hal, dari yang memang penting hingga sepele.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, bukan berarti kalau cemas akan banyak hal berarti punya gangguan kecemasan ini ya. Penderita <em>generalized anxiety disorder <\/em>merasakan kecemasan yang sulit dikontrol disertai gejala fisik seperti otot tegang dan gelisah. Kondisi ini juga dirasakan minimal selama enam bulan secara terus-menerus.<\/p>\n<p><em>Panic Disorder<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sering dengar istilah <em>panic attack<\/em> atau serangan panik? Nah, kalau dialami berulang kali, serangan panik disebut dengan <em>panic disorder<\/em> atau gangguan panik. Kondisi ini membuat penderitanya merasakan kecemasan intens disertai dengan gejala fisik seperti jantung berdebar, pusing, lemas, hingga sulit bernapas. Umumnya serangan berlangsung 10-15 menit.<\/p>\n<p>Dilihat dari gejalanya yang dapat dilihat mata, <em>panic disorder<\/em> sering disalahartikan sebagai penyakit fisik seperti serangan jantung atau reaksi alergi yang parah. Maka dari itu penting banget buat sadar dengan kondisi diri agar bisa dapat penanganan yang tepat.<\/p>\n<p><em>Social Anxiety Disorder <\/em>atau <em>Social Phobia<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Social anxiety disorder<\/em> atau <em>social phobia<\/em> merupakan kondisi saat seseorang merasakan kecemasan intens saat harus berada di situasi sosial, situasi di mana seseorang berpeluang dinilai negatif oleh orang lain. Penderita gangguan ini akan merasa susah sekali untuk berbicara dengan orang baru atau tampil di depan publik.<\/p>\n<p>Eits, ini berbeda dengan orang berkepribadian <em>introvert <\/em>ya. Gangguan cemas ini menimbulkan perasaan cemas yang sangat intens yang berlangsung tanpa henti selama minimal enam bulan. Penderita gangguan ini akhirnya mengalami hambatan dalam keseharian mereka karena perasaan cemas yang mereka alami.<\/p>\n<p>Nah, itu dia tiga jenis gangguan cemas yang umum ditemui. Ingat, kalau kamu merasakan gejala dari gangguan tersebut, jangan langsung diagnosis diri ya.
