Notifikasi terus berdatangan, tugas menumpuk, dan algoritma AI mempercepat segala sesuatu di sekitar kita. Kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi <em>wellbeing<\/em> kita secara negatif. Di sisi lain, muncul gerakan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">slow living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Gaya hidup ini menekankan kesadaran, ketenangan, dan keseimbangan. Namun, bagaimana generasi muda bisa menemukan keseimbangan? Yaitu antara kemudahan AI dengan kebutuhan melambat demi <em>wellbeing<\/em> optimal. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">slow living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan AI dapat berjalan beriringan. Selain itu, memberikan tips untuk menerapkannya sehari-hari.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>AI: Pedang Bermata Dua<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artificial Intelligence<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (AI) hadir untuk mempermudah hidup. Dari rekomendasi film hingga otomatisasi pekerjaan, AI membuat segalanya lebih cepat dan efisien. Namun, kecepatan ini bisa menciptakan tekanan tersendiri. Kita merasa harus selalu produktif. Kita juga harus cepat membalas pesan, atau terus memperbarui informasi agar tidak ketinggalan zaman (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fear of missing out\/FOMO<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Akibatnya, banyak orang mengalami stres dan kecemasan. Bahkan, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">burnout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> juga mengintai dan mengganggu <em>wellbeing<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun, AI juga bisa menjadi alat yang membantu mencapai <em>wellbeing<\/em>. Contohnya, aplikasi meditasi berbasis AI. Teknologi ini mengurangi tugas repetitif. Algoritma juga merekomendasikan konten lebih relevan. Ini adalah contoh bagaimana AI dapat mendukung keseimbangan hidup. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan <em>wellbeing<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Slow Living: Kembali ke Esensi<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slow living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bukan berarti menolak teknologi. Bukan pula kembali ke zaman sebelum digitalisasi. Gerakan ini menekankan cara hidup yang lebih sadar. Hidup juga harus lebih disengaja. Seseorang memilih untuk melambat dalam hal-hal tertentu. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan mencapai <em>wellbeing<\/em>. Misalnya, menikmati makanan tanpa tergesa-gesa. Bisa juga melakukan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">deep work<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tanpa gangguan. Atau meluangkan waktu untuk refleksi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalam kehidupan yang dipenuhi AI, kita perlu menemukan cara untuk tetap hadir. Hadir di momen ini tanpa terjebak dalam arus otomatisasi. Arus ini membuat kita kehilangan kendali atas waktu. Kita juga bisa kehilangan kendali atas <em>wellbeing<\/em> kita sendiri.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Tips Seimbangkan Slow Living dan AI<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menggunakan AI dengan bijak dapat membantu menjalani <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">slow living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Kita tidak perlu kehilangan manfaat teknologi. Berikut beberapa cara yang bisa diterapkan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manfaatkan AI Secara Selektif:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Gunakan AI untuk menyederhanakan tugas. Contohnya, aplikasi manajemen waktu atau asisten virtual. Dengan begitu, kita dapat fokus pada hal-hal yang lebih bermakna.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Batasi Interaksi Digital:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Atur waktu layar. Nonaktifkan notifikasi yang tidak perlu. Tujuannya agar tidak terus-menerus terdistraksi. Menggunakan mode <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do not disturb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> saat fokus atau bersantai juga membantu. Ini menjaga keseimbangan antara dunia digital dan nyata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>Digital Mindfulness<\/i><\/b><b>:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Saat menggunakan AI atau media sosial, tanyakan diri sendiri. &#8220;Apakah ini benar-benar membantu saya? Atau justru membuat saya semakin sibuk?&#8221; Beri jeda setelah menggunakan perangkat digital. Dengan begitu, kita dapat kembali terhubung dengan dunia nyata. Kita juga menghindari kelelahan mental akibat teknologi berlebihan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Jadwalkan Waktu Bebas Layar:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sisihkan momen tanpa gawai. Gunakan waktu itu untuk membaca buku fisik. Bisa juga berjalan santai, atau berbincang tanpa distraksi. Tujuannya meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan menciptakan ketenangan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>AI untuk Kebiasaan Positif:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aplikasi AI untuk meditasi atau <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dapat membantu menciptakan keseimbangan. Pengingat otomatis bisa digunakan untuk mengatur waktu istirahat. Dengan begitu, kita tidak terus-menerus bekerja tanpa jeda.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Sinergi Slow Living dan AI Demi Wellbeing<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slow living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan AI tidak harus bertentangan dalam mencapai <em>wellbeing<\/em>. Dengan kesadaran dan pengelolaan yang tepat, AI bisa menjadi alat. Alat ini mendukung gaya hidup yang lebih tenang dan seimbang demi <em>wellbeing<\/em>. Generasi muda dapat memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Bukan justru mempercepat ketergesaan yang berujung kelelahan mental dan mengganggu <em>wellbeing<\/em>. Dengan menerapkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">slow living<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> yang bijak di era AI, kita bisa tetap produktif. Kita juga bisa tetap tenang dan mencapai <em>wellbeing<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Hidup di era digital bukan tentang memilih antara AI atau slow living.
