Rasanya otak penuh informasi, tapi hati tetap hampa. Kalau pernah, tenang, kamu gak sendirian.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di era digital ini, media sosial jadi bagian dari hidup kita. Bangun tidur, cek notifikasi. Lagi makan, lihat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">story <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orang. Sebelum tidur, buka <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TikTok <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dulu sebentar\u2014yang ternyata jadi satu jam. Semua ini bikin kita terus terhubung dengan dunia luar, tapi anehnya, sering kali justru bikin kita merasa semakin jauh dari diri sendiri.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Kenapa Medsos Bikin Kita Kosong?<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bukan berarti media sosial selalu buruk, tapi kalau gak dikontrol, kita bisa terjebak dalam pola konsumsi konten yang pasif. Tiap hari disuguhi pencapaian orang lain, gaya hidup ideal, tren terbaru\u2014sampai akhirnya tanpa sadar kita membandingkan diri sendiri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKenapa hidupku gini-gini aja?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKenapa aku gak sehebat dia?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Padahal, yang kita lihat hanyalah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">highlight <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">terbaik dari hidup orang lain. Selain itu, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scroll <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">medsos sering kali jadi pelarian. gak tahu mau ngapain? <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scroll<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Lagi stres? <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scroll<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Merasa gak produktif? <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scroll <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lagi, berharap nemu inspirasi. Tapi alih-alih menemukan jawaban, kita malah makin terjebak di lingkaran <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">overthinking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan rasa hampa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Saatnya Berhenti Sekadar Mengonsumsi, Mulai Menciptakan<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daripada terus-terusan menyerap apa yang orang lain tampilkan, coba balik perspektifnya. Apa yang sebenarnya penting buat kamu? Apa yang bisa kamu ciptakan dan bagikan ke dunia? Tujuan hidup gak selalu harus besar atau spektakuler. Bisa sesederhana menemukan hal yang membuatmu merasa berarti dan berkontribusi, sekecil apapun bentuknya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mulailah dengan mengurangi konsumsi konten yang bikin <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">overthinking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dan lebih banyak mencari hal yang benar-benar bermakna. Bisa dengan membaca buku, menulis jurnal, ngobrol dengan orang yang menginspirasi, atau bahkan sekadar duduk diam dan mendengarkan diri sendiri. Dari sana, kamu bisa mulai mencari tahu apa yang benar-benar penting buatmu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Menemukan Tujuan Hidup di Tengah Distraksi Digital<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hidup gak harus selalu produktif, tapi juga gak bisa cuma berjalan tanpa arah.
