Bisa jadi bukan karena mereka lemah, tapi karena cara kita sebagai orang tua saat ngobrol soal kegagalan. Studi dari University of Auckland (Peterson dkk., 2024) menunjukkan bahwa gaya bicara ibu ke anak tentang kegagalan bisa memengaruhi seberapa besar anak takut gagal. Kabar baiknya, ada cara ngobrol yang bisa bantu anak lebih berani hadapi kesalahan!<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Jangan Langsung Kasih Solusi<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ternyata, cuma ngasih solusi tanpa mengakui perasaan anak justru bisa bikin mereka makin takut gagal. Misalnya, saat anak gagal ujian, kita langsung bilang, \u201cLain kali kamu harus belajar lebih giat.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ucapan ini terlihat positif, tapi bisa bikin anak merasa semua beban ada di dia. Ia jadi takut salah, karena merasa harus selalu benar dan nggak boleh kecewa orang tuanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Cara Ngobrol yang Bikin Anak Lebih Berani<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebaliknya, anak yang diajak bicara soal perasaannya dan diajak cari solusi bareng, biasanya lebih percaya diri dan nggak terlalu takut gagal. Misalnya, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMama ngerti kamu kecewa.
