Takut dapur berantakan, proses jadi lama, atau hasilnya nggak dimakan. Padahal, anak masak bisa bawa banyak manfaat untuk tumbuh kembang mereka!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Penelitian dari 23 program memasak anak di berbagai negara menemukan bahwa aktivitas ini bisa meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, keterampilan hidup, dan kedekatan emosional dengan orang tua. Anak ikut masak bukan cuma soal makanan, tapi juga soal tumbuh jadi pribadi yang mandiri dan percaya diri.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Anak Jadi Lebih Percaya Diri<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ketika anak ikut masak, mereka belajar bahwa mereka bisa membuat sesuatu dari awal. Misalnya, memotong wortel, mengaduk adonan, atau menyusun <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sandwich<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Hal sederhana ini bikin mereka merasa mampu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keyakinan ini disebut <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">self-efficacy<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dan itu penting banget sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Anak yang percaya diri lebih berani mencoba hal baru, termasuk di luar dapur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Lebih Berani Coba Makanan Baru<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minta anak makan sayur kadang susahnya kayak ngajak mereka belajar pas libur. Tapi kalau mereka ikut masak sendiri, mereka cenderung lebih terbuka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studi menunjukkan bahwa anak ikut masak lebih berani mencicipi bahan yang sebelumnya mereka tolak. Walaupun tidak harus langsung suka, tapi itu sudah langkah awal yang bagus.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Belajar Keterampilan Hidup Sejak Dini<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masak itu nggak cuma soal rasa. Anak juga belajar disiplin, kebersihan, membaca instruksi, koordinasi tangan dan mata, serta manajemen waktu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kebiasaan ini bisa bikin mereka lebih mandiri di masa depan. Bayangkan saat teman-temannya cuma bisa pesan makanan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, anakmu sudah bisa masak sendiri!<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Makin Dekat dengan Orang Tua<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anak ikut masak bisa jadi momen seru buat <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quality time<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Bentuk rotinya aneh?
