Fenomena ini disebut <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindless scrolling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014kebiasaan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scrolling <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">layar tanpa tujuan jelas dan tanpa sadar berapa lama waktu yang dihabiskan. Aktivitas ini terasa ringan dan menyenangkan, tapi sering membuat kita kehilangan fokus, semangat, bahkan waktu berharga.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Kenapa<\/b><b><i> Mindless Scrolling<\/i><\/b><b> Terjadi?<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mindless scrolling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> biasanya muncul otomatis, seperti refleks. Saat jari terus <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scrolling <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">layar, otak mendapat \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dopamine hit<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d singkat, mirip hadiah kecil yang bikin kita ingin lanjut lagi. Bagi siswa atau remaja, ada beberapa faktor yang membuat lebih rentan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stres akademik: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scrolling <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jadi pelarian dari tugas sekolah.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: takut ketinggalan tren atau cerita teman.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kurang manajemen waktu: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scrolling <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sering muncul saat senggang, seperti sebelum tidur atau ketika menunda tugas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>Dampaknya Lebih dari Sekadar Buang Waktu<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mindless scrolling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tidak hanya menguras waktu, tapi juga bisa berdampak serius pada keseharian:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fokus dan konsentrasi menurun karena terbiasa berpindah cepat antar konten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidur terganggu karena otak terus distimulasi oleh layar hingga larut malam.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kecemasan meningkat akibat perbandingan sosial dari konten orang lain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brain rot atau rasa tumpul secara mental, kehilangan motivasi belajar, dan minat pada aktivitas produktif.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>Cara Menghentikan <\/b><b><i>Mindless Scrolling<\/i><\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mengurangi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindless scrolling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bukan berarti harus memusuhi teknologi. Kuncinya ada pada kesadaran dan pengendalian diri. Beberapa strategi yang bisa dicoba:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tentukan waktu khusus untuk membuka media sosial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gunakan fitur <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">screen time<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sebagai pengingat dan pembatas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refleksikan tujuan penggunaan: tanyakan pada diri sendiri \u201cKenapa aku membuka ini?\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajak ngobrol langsung dengan teman atau keluarga agar interaksi sosial tidak hanya terjadi lewat layar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gadget<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>Gunakan Teknologi dengan Sadar<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teknologi bukan musuh dan media sosial juga bukan hal yang buruk. Namun, saat kita terjebak dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindless scrolling<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, maka waktu, energi, dan fokus kita bisa terkuras tanpa terasa.
