Di dalam bisnis keluarga, struktur kepemimpinan seringkali diisi oleh individu yang memiliki hubungan kekerabatan. Berikut adalah beberapa tipe derajat co-partnership di dalam bisnis keluarga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Autonomous<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisnis keluarga dipimpin oleh seorang \u2018superman\u2019 yang mendominasi segalanya. Pemimpin mengambil seluruh kekuasaan dan keputusan tanpa memerlukan masukan atau saran dari anggota lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/seh\/2024\/11\/1-673c18673e156.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1622\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assistant<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemimpin perusahaan memiliki satu orang asisten (tangan kanan) yang dapat dipercaya. Pemimpin dapat meminta masukan dari tangan kanannya namun keputusan akhir tetap di tangannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reciprocal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Perusahaan memiliki tim yang bekerja sesuai dengan bidangnya (cth: CFO, COO, CMO, dll). CEO adalah pengambil keputusan terbesar dan mendapat support dari anggota-anggota lain sesuai dengan bidangnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Balance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemimpin perusahaan memiliki partner yang seimbang dalam hal support dan otoritasnya walaupun mungkin memiliki tanggung jawab yang berbeda (cth: produksi dan penjualan, keuangan dan operasional, dll). Salah satu individual dapat memiliki otoritas yang lebih tinggi di satu bidang namun kontribusi seluruh partner juga sangat penting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Equal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepemimpinan perusahaan dibagi rata antar 2 orang atau lebih. Keduanya memiliki tingkat support dan otoritas yang sama. Pengaruh kepemimpinan masing-masing individu mungkin berbeda namun wewenangnya sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"255\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/static.uc.ac.id\/seh\/2024\/11\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1633\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transitional<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemimpin pada level ini berupaya untuk menyerahkan kepemimpinannya pada calon penerusnya. Calon penerus mendapat banyak support dari atasannya.
