Immersion Program
ACTIVITIES IN UC
- Orientation Week
Before an international student starts their academic journey in UC, they will take part in an orientation week that aims to introduce them to Universitas Ciputra and Surabaya. - Campus Tour
Students will receive the opportunity to go on a campus tour in order to introduce the university facilities available to them during their time in the university. - University Life
Students will study english-based courses available in UC that are in line with their field of study in their current university and the course credits are transferable. - Cultural Experience
Studying in Universitas Ciputra means that students can experience Indonesian culture through cultural workshops, city tours, or field trips held during the program. - Farewell
Before departing to their home country, students will receive a farewell ceremony from Universitas Ciputra.

Student Requirements
International students who wish to study in Indonesia for more than 6 months must apply for a Study Permit and Visa Arrangement.
Guideline & Accommodation
Full-Time and Short Course students refer to those who partake in academic and non-academic activities in Indonesia. The duration of each program varies between 1 week to 4 years depending on the program chosen by the international student.
Full-Time and Short Course students must prepare the following documents to process their Study Permit. The documents include:
- A Passport Photo (4×6 size)
- Passport
- Statement Letter
- Full Time: Bank Statement, Health Certificate, Academic Transcript.
- For visa extension: KITAS, SKLD, STM, SKJ
Short Course: A Passport Photo (4×6 size), Passport, Statement Letter.

GLOBAL ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
Local and international students conduct their Bachelor or Master’s degree in Universitas Ciputra as full-time students, receiving a degree by the end of their program.
As full-time students, they will engage in an entrepreneurial-based curriculum delivered in English which combines theoretical coursework with practical projects that develops their entrepreneurial mindset based on the 7 Entrepreneurial Competencies of Mr. Ciputra.
Local and international students of Universitas Ciputra who are in their 5th semester will receive the opportunity to spend a minimum of one semester at a partner university abroad, with some universities offering a tuition waiver.
During their time in the partner university, students will take part in courses delivered in English which are relevant to their study program in Universitas Ciputra and participate in cultural activities offered by the partner university. At the end of the program, they will receive a transcript from their chosen partner university.
Local and international students of Universitas Ciputra who are in their 5th semester receive an opportunity to study at a partner university for 2 semesters (1 year). During that year, they will conduct their studies in the partner university as an international student, have the chance to join cultural activities, take part in activities from the partner university, and receive 2 degrees (1 from Universitas Ciputra and 1 from the partner university) upon graduation.
An immersive one-week program that provides local and international students with an international experience. The program will include a list of activities curated in order to meet the requirements set by the partner, with the option to include or not include community engagement.
