Department Functions

Each department in an educational institution has specific roles and functions to support the operations and achievement of the organization's vision and mission. Within Universitas Ciputra, various departments are designed to handle diverse tasks, ranging from academic management, administration, to human resource development. Each department is responsible for providing the best service to students, lecturers, and the entire academic community.

Some departments have a primary focus on academic aspects, such as the Teaching and Learning Innovation Center (TLIC) which plays a role in curriculum development and teaching staff competencies, and the Office of the Registrar (BAA) which handles student academic administration from registration to graduation services. Other departments, such as Quality Assurance (QA) and Research and Community Development (LPPM), support the improvement of the quality of education and community service. In addition, managing information technology, human resources, and external relations are also prioritized through departments such as Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Networking and Partnership (NNP).
