As a continuation of benchmarking activity conducted at Universitas Udayana (UNUD), Universitas Ciputra (UC) was invited by the Faculty of Tourism at Universitas Udayana to share its experience in the FIBAA accreditation process. This activity was carried out in the form of Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on Thursday, May 15, 2025, online via the Zoom Meeting platform.

This invitation was given in conjunction with Udayana University's preparations for an online visit by the FIBAA assessment team. UC, which has successfully completed this process, is considered to have relevant experience and can serve as a reference in building institutional readiness. As speakers, UC has invited three representatives from the Quality Assurance Office: Lenny Rosita, ST., M.MT., CRP., as the main speaker, and two supporting speakers: Deborah Giovanny, S.TP., CRP., and Yuliana Indah, S.E.

During the technical training session, UC explained the various important stages in preparing for and undergoing the FIBAA accreditation process online. The UC team provided a comprehensive overview of the virtual space setup, visitation scheduling, and communication strategies during the assessment process. Participants were also equipped with an understanding of the types of questions commonly asked by FIBAA assessors, as well as the best approach to responding to questions in a structured and convincing manner.

This activity was actively participated in by faculty leaders, program chairs, and accreditation teams from various units within Universitas Udayana. The discussion session was dynamic, demonstrating the participants' keen interest in understanding the best practices of Universitas Ciputra.

Through this activity, Universitas Ciputra hopes that the shared experiences can make a real contribution to Universitas Udayana in ensuring the success of the upcoming FIBAA visitation process, as well as encouraging the strengthening of a quality assurance system oriented towards global standards.
