i-Box (Improvement Box)

i-Box (Improvement Box) is an application designed to handle complaints, suggestions, audit results, process discrepancies, and non-achievement of performance targets at Ciputra University. This application allows users to submit feedback anonymously, from both students and parents, and the complaints or suggestions will be received by the responsible PIC (Person In Charge).

The PIC is required to provide feedback within a maximum of 1 working day for the Suggestions and Complaints category, after receiving the report. In addition, the PIC is also expected to analyze the root cause of the problem and develop corrective and preventive actions within a maximum of 2 weeks.

The PIC in charge must complete the corrective action according to the set target. If within 5 days the PIC does not follow up on the i-Box, then the report will be forwarded to higher superiors up to the highest management level to ensure action is taken quickly and effectively.

The app helps improve service quality through a responsive and transparent system, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
