Vision & Mission

Student Affairs Vision

Student Development is a process that leads to growth, progress, and positive change by strengthening student competencies in line with Universitas Ciputra’s Graduate Profile Outcomes (GPO). This journey is documented through structured assessments (SDA, MHA, CIA) conducted at least twice during the study period and evidenced in the student portfolio, which together highlight students’ talents, interests, soft skills, and overall development.

Student Affairs Mission

  • To foster holistic student growth by strengthening competencies aligned with Universitas Ciputra’s Graduate Profile Outcomes (GPO).
  • To identify and nurture students’ talents, interests, and potential through meaningful and continuous developmental experiences.
  • To implement systematic and evidence-based student development assessments through Student Development Assessment (SDA), Mental Health Assessment (MHA), and Competency/Interest Assessment (CIA) conducted throughout the student journey.
  • To document and showcase students’ development through progressive portfolios that reflect their achievements, competencies, personal growth, and readiness for future challenges.
  • Foster continuous growth and positive change by using assessment insights to encourage students to recognize their strengths, address development needs, and prepare for their future roles as impactful graduates.
