Foreigner Registration Regulations
Universitas Ciputra Surabaya accepts the international student registration with the requirements below:
- Register as a new student candidate of Universitas Ciputra Surabaya
- Take the selection test
- Complete financial administration requirements
- Submit all documents to apply for study permit, namely:
- Scan of a valid passport for at least the next 24 months from the date when the semester begins
- Colored photos 4×6
- Health certificate issued by a hospital
- Financing Guarantee Letter (form provided by Universitas Ciputra Surabaya)
- Statement of Regulatory Compliance & Non-Political Involvement in Indonesia (form provided by Universitas Ciputra Surabaya)
- Unemployment Statement Letter (form provided by Universitas Ciputra Surabaya)
- Legalized Bachelor & Master Degree and legalized transcript (1 sheet each) and DIKTI equivalency for overseas graduates
- The application and process of study permit will be done by Universitas Ciputra Surabaya
- After the study permit is issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, prospective students must re-register.
