Studying at Universitas Ciputra has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. Through HTEB, I discovered not only the fundamentals of hospitality but also the importance of values like integrity, responsibility, and empathy. The learning environment encouraged me to grow through real-world practice, competitions, and internships — including the unforgettable opportunity to train at a 5-star international resort. These experiences helped shape my mindset and gave me the confidence to step into the professional world with a sense of purpose and gratitude.

As an alumni of Hotel and Tourism Business from Universitas Ciputra, I have gained the knowledge to be an Entrepreneur and a working professional at the same time. Juggling between business and professional work is not an easy task, but kudos to the wonderful team of HTEB UC, they have taught me wonderful lessons to maximize my potential! Also, opportunities don’t come twice, HTEB UC taught me to seize the opportunity and to believe in myself. I was given the chance to study abroad with the IISMA program, and I was blessed to be able to study at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, for a semester. A leap of faith and the lecturers’ help, made it all happen. Thank you for the life lessons and unforgettable memories, HTEB UC!

di HTEB itu aku belajar banget tentang betapa pentingnya melayani/service dan personal branding yang cukup berperan penting dalam dunia kerja ku saat ini. Yang paling aku ingat sampai detik ini itu waktu pelajarannya Pak Kiki, aku lupa matkul apa tapi yang jelas Pak Kiki jelasin, cara Dia membawa diri selama bekerja “tour”. Cara gimana Dia memperkenal kan diri, cara Dia melayani / memberikan service yang extra miles. Dan sekarang aku berusaha menerapkan itu didalam Aèris, gimana aku berkomunikasi dengan customer. Tidak hanya memperkenalkan produk saja tetapi juga memperkenalkan personalku, disitu aku merasa orang akan lebih nyaman dan ketika dia puas, maka dia akan kembali. Kalo program magang mah bener bener berguna banget buat aku, soalnya aku ambil divisi yang sesuai sama bidang pekerjaanku sekarang. Cara kerjanya, manajemen waktunya, networking nya, handling customer, dll, pokoknya membantu banget.

To become a Faculty of Culinary Arts, Food Technology, and Tourism that produces world-class outstanding entrepreneurs in the fields of tourism and food technology, upholding the values of humanity, nationalism, and Integrity–Professionalism–Entrepreneurship (IPE), and applying advancements in science and technology for human well-being with an orientation toward sustainability.
Mission of the Faculty of Culinary Arts, Food Technology, and Tourism:
1. To provide education, research, and community service, as well as to develop entrepreneurial behavior in the scientific fields of tourism, food technology, and entrepreneurship based on national and international quality standards.
2. To manage the faculty in an entrepreneurial manner by upholding good governance principles based on national and international quality standards.
