Les Clefs d’Or or The Golden Key is an association of elite concierges around the world who are known to be the best of the best in terms of service. For those of you who don’t know, a concierge is a hotel employee whose job is to assist guests with tours, making theater or restaurant reservations or providing information about the local area to the guest for their convenience.

However, a member of The Golden Key can do anything you ask of him or her, no matter how outrageous or difficult. You want to go to a famous concert tomorrow but all the tickets are sold out? They’ll get you however many you need. You want to try out this restaurant but the reservations are full until next week? They’ll make a few calls and you’re going to have a nice dinner tonight. If they needed to, they can even procure wild animals such as tigers or elephants depending on the location of your stay as there was one such guest who wanted to take home a tiger. To everyone’s surprise, the request was fulfilled.

The Golden Key are called as such because they had the keys to anything, anywhere and anyone. They have deep heavy connections with everyone around them if the concierge themselves could not fulfil the request alone. They are famous for not failing a single guest request unless they were illegal, immoral or downright physically impossible. The Golden Key aren’t picky or discriminate either. As long as you are staying in their hotel, whether you’re famous or a nobody, rich or poor, they’ll give their best to see to it that you’re satisfied with your stay and more.
