Dr. Hendra (Chef Hugo), S.E., M.M.

Hendra, also known as Chef Hugo, completed his education in Continental Food Management at the Bandung Institute of Tourism, formerly known as NHI. He began his career at the 5-star hotels The Ritz-Carlton Singapore and The Ritz-Carlton Bali (Ayana Resort), and became an Executive Chef at Dive Indonesia Resort at the age of 21. He earned his Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Ciputra and has completed his doctoral program at Trisakti School of Tourism in Jakarta.
