Meanwhile, if you’re a business owner or successor of a family business, we are the only university that offers a specialized program in Family Managed Management.

2. I’m not a management graduate; can I still enroll in MM UC?

Certainly, S2 UC is very open to applicants from various educational backgrounds because our S2 program involves real projects and provides added value that not all universities may offer. Therefore, you can enhance your studies, career, and business without leaving your current job because the knowledge gained is practical, not just theoretical. Consequently, when facing day-to-day work issues, you can apply structured and systematic solutions derived from the program’s teachings.

Our S2 students come from various educational and professional backgrounds, including dentists, neurosurgeons, culinary entrepreneurs, tour and travel operators, exporters, general managers, and even engineers.

3. Is MM UC more theoretical or practical?

Our S2 program encompasses both practical and theoretical knowledge. One of our alumni, a sugar factory manager, implemented innovations based on our classroom teachings, resulting in the company saving billions by optimizing Human Resources (HR) management practices. For instance, with the knowledge gained from our classes, the company increased its production to 10,000 tons per day with only 76 employees, which should ideally require 200 employees, doubling the workforce, ranking it second in Indonesia. Therefore, our teaching process genuinely involves real projects undertaken by students with the guidance of lecturers in S2 UC classes. As mentioned earlier, it’s like paying for business consultations and getting a degree for free.

4. Is there an age limit to enroll in MM UC?

5. What opportunities can I expect during my studies?

Apart from academic lessons, our classes cover various aspects to balance life, such as health-related topics, driving (playing golf), knowledge about SMEs, table manners, entrepreneurship, directly in the field, and visits to major companies like Sampoerna, Viva Cosmetics, Indofood, and Bogasari. During these visits, students observe the company’s operations firsthand and engage in discussions with company executives to develop appropriate solutions for corporate strategies.
