Universitas Ciputra, through its Quality Assurance Department, is promoting a campaign called “Wise Use of Used Paper” to support environmentally friendly practices and reduce paper consumption.
Some important points conveyed include:
- SAVE PAPER, SAVE FOREST: An appeal to reduce the use of new paper in order to preserve forests.
- Guide to Using Waste Paper:
- The paper used must not be confidential and must be marked with a line or cross using a pen.
- The paper must be clean and in good condition (undamaged), and free of staples, adhesives, or clips.
- The paper is stored with the blank pages facing up.
- Restrictions on Use: Waste paper may only be used for drafts or internal documents, not for official or confidential documents. Confidential documents such as pay slips, financial reports, notarial deeds, diplomas, and employee appointment letters must be treated with extreme care and not reused as waste paper.
This campaign is part of efforts to protect the environment and ensure that documents are used in accordance with institutional security standards.
