Certificate of Appreciation

Certificate documents can be created by departments or student organizations for various types of activities, including trainee certificates, trainer certificates, membership certificates, committee certificates, award certificates, activity participant certificates under student organizations, and other activity participation certificates. Certificates are issued by the organizer as a form of appreciation for a person / unit, both those who have participated in a particular event / activity / organization, as well as the achievements concerned.

In making a certificate, there are components that need to be considered starting from the use of design (background and writing format), numbering certificates, writing degrees, authorizing certificate signatures, and placing institutional seals. Universitas Ciputra has provided a template for writing certificates that can be accessed in the Document Management System (DMS) application with the document title Form Certificate of Appreciation (UC/FR/REC/05) which consists of writing format templates for certificate types 1a to 7d. There are notes on the use of design (background and writing format), namely if the activity is organized by the department and involves a committee from the UC and external parties are allowed to use a different design from the UC template. This also applies if the activity certificate is made for activity participants under a student organization at the university/product level.
